Diagnostic was $142 estimate for repair of a $500 dryer was $380 for parts and labor and parts would take over a week to come so I declined and just went to lowes and bought a new machine for $500 that will be here in a couple days

This is the appliance repair service to call. Chris and his team show up on time and know how to service and repair all brands of appliances. And when they come back to install parts that have been ordered, there is no extra charge. Money well spent to have these folks maintain your appliances.

Chris came out the next morning when I called about a leaking dishwasher. Quickly diagnosed the issue, a leaky diverter valve, ordered the part, and scheduled the repair for the following week. Returned as scheduled with the part and fixed it. Runs great.

They were quick to come out, identified the issue came up with a plan to order parts and came out on the day they said they would. They even squeezed in time to look at my garbage disposal and got that working too!

My 3 yrs new fridge failed on me and I first hired the manufacturer's appointed repair shop and it was a huge disappointment. Then, I hired another company and they sent out junior techs that doesn't know what they were doing! Two full months were wasted including money spent on repair that was irrelevant to my fridge's issue. Chris preformed a miracle today! He rebuilt our 35 year old SubZero and brought it back to life so we do not have to remodel the entire kitchen as the new SubZeros do not fit into the current spot.

I cannot say enough about the service he provided from the first phone call until he finished the job at 6 PM tonight. Great communication, very knowledgeable and a true professional. I plan to recommend him to all of our friends!

We have called Lakeside Appliance Service for two different repairs. In both cases, Chris was able to 'diagnose' the issue immediately, order the parts and make the repairs so we did not need to purchase new appliances. Lakeside Appliance has quickly established itself as a go-to for appliance service. They go above and beyond, and when some unexpected difficulties arose, they handled it with class.

Our three-year-old high end fridge went out on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend and I didn't expect a response until Tues. Chris texted me right away and suggested I try flipping the breaker just to reset. I thought it was futile since the power outage in the area was a week ago and ours had never gone down.

Not only did he check in on me a few hours later he even looked up the directions to my model to reset the power failure light it caused. He was totally correct and declined payment or coming by for general servicing. Directed me to Amazon to replace the air filters.

Lakeside owner Chris is the person who "does the work." Very knowledgeable and professional guy! He fixed the internal oven lights on our Electrolux wall oven, which required replacing a control board. The work was completed promptly and the cost was absolutely fair. I would not hesitate to use Chris and his company in the future. He works on the full range of appliances. He arrived and worked in a mask and with gloves and was extremely respectful of our home and its inhabitants.

We were very happy with Lakeside Appliance Services. Chris, the owner arrived on time and was very careful about viral precautions staying 6 feet away and wearing gloves. He knew how to put out the Dacor oven/range which required disconnecting the gas because of a very short gas line that had to be accessed via a trap door in the cabinet. Chris immediately found the m as in problem a disconnected wire to the oven burner. He then said while my wife cleaned there floor under the oven that had not been seen on over 20 years. For the low price of a visit we now have a working oven ready for baking

Chris went above and beyond helping with my appliance installation. Thing weighs 650 lbs, and he showed up knowing what he was getting himself into. Most people said no to helping, he showed up same day (probably not always available, I got lucky). He was careful with the appliance, and was very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend!

I just had the pleasure of Chris coming out on short notice to repair a broken door lock on my Maytag Washer. With the dryer stacked on top, it was a tricky bear to slide open the top cover to unlatch the lock. Chris was swift and quickly diagnosed the problem with his equipment and years of experience. I really appreciate his help and would call him again when I have a problem with my home appliances. He is reasonably priced, fast, experienced, and super easy to communicate with. He's the appliance repair man to keep.

Well, because he deserves it,and it is a way in which I can show my appreciation for a person who is respectful,calm,and honest,not to to mention knowledgeable, and efficient. The honesty showed when he generously let me know he could save me $100.00 through mail ordering the part my stove needed(an igniter) instead of paying top dollar for immediate repair. Since I was able to use my top burners it was no big deal to wait two days. I recommend this company without any reservations.

Needed to have our LG gas oven fixed as we kept getting an error message when we turned it on. Chris was prompt in responding to my inquiry requesting a quote and scheduling a visit for him to come look at it. He was quick to diagnose the issue (bad igniter) and identify the new part required. We ordered it on Amazon, and he came back immediately after it arrived to fix the issue in less than 30 min. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and efficient.
