Kihm the owner, is awesome! He walked us through how to check and fix our very old washing machine, that many appliance repair businesses wouldn’t even know how to fix. He’s the kind of appliance tech we all dream of getting. I was so impressed with all the time and info he gave us, his many years of experience, and his expertise on repairing washing machines/dryers. Kim went OVER the top to make sure I was testing and looking for all possible reasons for my rental dryer not working. I pestered him with numerous calls, and he helped me come to the correct solved solution.

Reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff, and quick shipping in most cases. I use them for parts only, but they do service also.
I gave them 4 stars because an overnight package took 3 days to get and I had a customer waiting. Communication was late in the day, should have been a little more timely. I still regard them as a good source and will recommend them to others.

Incredible customer service!
I was only purchasing a replacement part (suspension springs) for them to fix my washer's suspension. Not only did they order and procure the part for me within a day, they also have me detailed guidance on fixing the machine myself.
When I hit a roadblock while putting the machine back and getting it to run, the person at Appliance Center very patiently listened to me and accurately troubleshot the problem. It was the lid switch that was keeping the machine from running and draining. Overall, great service from Appliance Parts and Service!
