The Tidy Guy (aka Peter) enjoys cleaning and tidying up, as well as helping others to do so! His strong work ethic stems from growing up in central Europe. Now a proud US citizen, Peter enjoys serving his community by cleaning carpets, upholstery, hardwood and tile flooring. Peter and his wife, Susan, have settled down in central Virginia (and love it!)

Peter from Tidy Guy Carpet Cleaning came back recently and again, definitely surpassed our expectations and we had a mix bag of carpets to be cleaned. He tries everything he knows to get very old stains out and his prices are reasonable. I’d still give him a 5 rating again!!! Dated April 2019

I can't say enough good about this young man and his excellent, professional, thorough service. He excels on every front, does an amazing job, and is adept and polite in the bargain. My basement presented a difficult proposition, with 1600 square feet of wall-to-wall carpet that had been marked by bad bad cat. It's as good as new, I'm thrilled to report, thanks to Peter of Tidy Guy.

Was SO impressed with Peter's service. He was affordable, timely, and he under promised and over delivered. I was shocked at how much deep staining there was in our carpet, after years of not being cleaned… prior to our purchasing the house. Peter spent 4 hours here and every carpet looked brand new. I wish I had done this right when I moved in! Excellent work!

Peter did a great job. We had a room that stunk due to our dogs having multiple accidents and he was able to get the smell out. Best of all he did not use stinky perfume products to mask the odor. The room is now out infant nursery and I am glad no harsh chemicals were used. I would recommend him for sure!

I decided to contact Tidy Guy after visiting my friends whose house looked really clean. They said that they have been using this company for a while, and have been very pleased with it. I didn't get the estimate right away, since Peter wanted to stop by for a free in home consultation. That was helpful since I had a few specific requests, that I wanted to ask about.

He is VERY VERY good at what he does. He definitely is a perfectionist (and detail oriented), and will do what it takes to make things super sparkly clean (unless it is impossible like something rusty! lol). He is a very trustworthy guy and does a great job cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend. I am not sure why the lady below said what she said (I don't believe it), but TidyGuy is very professional. I don't believe he would miss anything like that either, because he's always on the ball. He has made my bathroom look like new and also got rid of a mold problem in my shower. I know a lot

This guy came highly recommended but he was very unprofessional. He was in a big hurry on his first visit and missed a bathroom sink. The second visit he missed something else and when I mentioned it he got very defensive. We gave him another shot because of the recommendation and he blew us off without calling. A couple days later he sent a text saying that he was very critical of his work and that he's a perfectionist. You could of fooled us, he was far from perfect and the way he handled himself was not professional.
