Miller's Septic Service, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Mr. James Lee Miller, Sr. ("Lee") and his wife Mrs. Mary M. Miller in Gloucester, Virginia. At the time of his retirement from the Naval Weapons Station, the late Mr. Miller sought to establish a company that would serve his friends and neighbors and continue to provide a living for his own family.

I initially hired another company that was only able to snake the drain 75 feet. They did not clear the blockage. Miller’s service found the blockage at 76’ and also used their camera to inspect the line. I joined their Total Care Club which offered me some savings. I am so glad everything was resolved quickly. They are a one stop shop with heat, air, electrical and plumbing.

These folks are first class hands down. They arrived when they said they would, did superior quality work and were fast. Had an unexpected electrical issue and they brought one of their electricians down and completed the job. Super happy with both guys they sent. Highly recommend these folks.

Justin and crew were awesome. They replaced 3 electrical panels in a little less than a day and everything works great. They have to return to replace one more panel in my pump house since they had to order a part. But no problem as they can return when the part comes in and install the part even if I'm not home as they gave access to the pump house. Great crew. Highly recommend!

Great Team and very knowledgeable but Miller’s is expensive. Their pricing is too high. They do keep you informed by email calls and text. They send pics of what your repair person looks like and they are on TIME! Kudos to them for keeping the customer informed.

Ashley, Kaine, Josh, and the rest of the team at Miller's are awesome! When my septic control box shorted out, it was stressful! But the folks at Miller's made it as painless as possible. They texted, called, or emailed every step of the way. And once the box went in, and I needed some more repairs, they explained everything in great detail. The financing option available was a huge help as well! I had also received a quote from another company for just the box. Well, Miller's quote for the box, pump out, and extra repairs beat that quote by $500! Strongly recommend this company!

Richard and Kenneth came to my home yesterday to take care of my septic/ drain line issue. They were extremely nice.... very professional... explained what caused the problem and fixed it. Millers should be very proud to have such good representatives for their business. I used them years before and would NOT use anyone else Also the lovely ladies that talked with me on the phone were very helpful and patient and did everything they could to get the help I needed as soon as possible. I can not recommend Miller's Services enough. We had bad HVAC work done by a company we previously used, plus a couple large disasters happen to our home in plumbing and HVAC all at the same time. Our house was built in 1971, and boy it needs some work! Miller's did exceptional work. They made sure everything was exactly as it should be, and that… our home is safe and comfortable. Even when they had to fix what the previous company did, they did it with a smile and a work ethic that just blew me away. They restored my faith in humanity. We love Miller's and will be a customer for life!

Cord and Gary were wonderful! They found my problem and unclogged the line that was preventing the flow. They were prompt, knowledgeable and thorough! They were great at explaining my options. Outstanding service! I will try their other system repair people for other jobs. Super happy not to have to search around for a good mechanical repair company. I called three plumbers and NONE returned my call even to say they were too busy. I called Miller's and they responded immediately. Mark and Leslie came to address the issue and were also able to give me an estimate for a bathroom reno. They have since completed the renovation and I can't say enough good things about it. My old house is challenging but these two were patient and determined to get it done right. They were also very professional and kind. I couldn't be more pleased. They were worth every penny.

Will leave you yard in horrible conditions after septic work. Also paid for a new HVAC as my system was old. Would only cool 10 degrees below outside temp. New unit would only cool 9-10 degrees and they refuse to come up with a solution or compensate me. Now i've spent $7k on a new unit that functions the exact same as the 19 year old one. Also they are famous for leaving your crawlspace open.

I live out of town so it is a little hard to schedule services at the southern tip of Lancaster County. Miller said it wouln't be a problem. They had great customer service, sent an email when he was coming. Jake came on site and did a great job, even offered to do a soil evaluation for a new septic area once we figured out that we will need to do more work. He also had nothing but good things to say about company. I would definitely use again!

I am not in the habit of publicly criticizing local businesses, but this is an exception. The one star is for the nice plumbers who came to my home. The lack of four more is for the business owners. In short, they charged me $299 to clean my shower drain (it took 15 minutes) plus another $49 service fee. They were here for about 2 hours checking out some other issues, id'd a part that was needed and said that they would get their parts person to locate it and get back to me. Several weeks and 2 unreturned calls later, nothing. I'll never call them again.

Called Miller's to make an appointment to get the septic pumped. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. Got the appointment for the following week. Richard came out and was awesome. It was very hot out in the sun, and he was very patient and answered all my silly questions and also recommended some things to do (and not do). I will call back if/when I need other services.

Unfortunately after years of loyal service they have disappointed us. We have always used them. Prior to the appointment I spoke to the technician and asked him to call if there were ant issues. This was a typical inspection for the sale our a house. They never called and the inspection came back stating that they could not find the drain field. They never called to check in which is disappointing since I could have pointed them to the drain field.
