These folks are truly professionals. They worked me in between appointments the same day I called. The young lady I spoke to that scheduled the service was very polite and friendly. The technicians were also friendly and courteous. They did a great job installing my two bathroom faucets. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend their services. It’s not everyday that you find folks that are honest and provide quality service.

We recently had Scott and Daniel replace some toilets and bath faucets. Can't provide enough accolades about how well their work was executed. They were on time, professional, informative, and took great care in every area to keep it clean and damage-free start-to-finish. When done, the work was perfect and the final invoice was very fair. Last, but certainly not least, Katie in the office was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Plumb Perfection!

The Plumb Perfection Team did an outstanding job. I was impressed with how quickly they worked to get the job done. Scott even went above and beyond by doing some woodworking to get our new vanity to fit correctly. Not only did they do a great job, they cleaned up as if they were never here. Scott was recommended by my electrician to hook up gas to a whole home generator. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was also very reasonable in pricing. I had him come back to put a regulator on my grill as it was originally plumbed with no regulator, thus burning through grill parts. I cannot stress how happy I was with their service. Hose bib install job was done very quickly and the quality of work was top notch. Cost of services stayed in line from first quote to finished job and was well within reason compared to other businesses. Plumb Perfection arrived on time and practiced social distancing as well as wore masks the whole time showing great COVID-19 protocols.

Plumb Perfection is friendly, efficient, and cares about their customer. My water heater was broken a day before my 40th birthday, and he managed to fit us in within 24 hours of first contact so that I could have a hot shower. Additionally, he was a wealth of information when explaining different systems, and their features/benefits. A class act all around that I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Scott was very prompt in coming out to give me an assessment and quote. After determining I needed a new unit, he was very professional in giving me options without pushing any agenda. Install day was very smooth and he was informative of the whole process. Everything came up great and he talked me through how I can make the unit last long. Friendly and trustworthy!
