Camera Inspection for sewer lines capable of scoping a 2 line with recording capabilities on a DVD or jump drive, upon request. We are able to walk the property, inside/outside and determine where the leak is coming from. BJ is an absolute angel! Very kind, funny, professional, considerate and most of all, honest!

I sent a message through the website on a friday afternoon, received an email on saturday to schedule an appointment for that coming monday. Brandon was on time (within the scheduled time frame), communicated his arrival times appropriately, and evaluated the problem quickly. He did not have the parts needed to complete the job on day 1, so rescheduled for 2 days out. Again, he was on time, courteous, and professional. He left no mess, the fix was prompt, and seems to be of good workmanship (im no professional, but its not leaking anymore!) He was sweet to my dog and was personable

After unsuccessfully trying drain clog products and renting a snake to unclog a stingy kitchen clog, I read reviews diligently and decided to call Buchanan P &LD.
They were great to work with, friendly, and reasonably priced. But most of all, they found that my clog was deeper into my drain system and around the corner from a tee joint where I could not get to. Their expertise showed as they found the clog, cleared the line along with my entire drain line to be sure. We couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you.

BJ and his wife are great to work with. I had one emergency at my residence on Friday with a clogged main line, and it was done in no time. He even found that a previous repair was not done properly. There was another at my brother's residence 2 days later and again he came right out. Very professional and honest with reasonable pricing based on the job. I highly recommend Buchanan's. My hot water heater gave out on Friday night. I called and the woman I spoke with on the phone was so nice and helpful. Mr Buchanan came Saturday and by Saturday night I was good to go with a new hot water heater. He charged me very fairly, especially since it was the weekend. I would highly recommend. Very professional, very fair price and they were just nice, good people!!!

My wife and I greatly appreciate Mr. Brandon arriving during the late evening to fix our plumbing issue. Gave us a free diagnostic, suggestions of the problem, and took care of our main drain line issue being clogged with ease. Very professional, honest, down to earth, and reasonable with his prices. We definitely know who to trust and call back if we ever have any future plumbing and leak issues in our new home. Highly recommend!
