Shawn was quick and did the job that he said he was going to do. He didn’t overprice or try to up sell anything he gave his professional opinion what he thought rooted the problem. This company was awesome. I called them and got a response right away. I didn't have to leave a message and wait days for someone to call be back. I called one other company before I called 757 Seven Cities. The guy took my name and number and told me that I would get a call back. I'm still waiting for that call back. It's been a month. 757 Seven Cities is my plumbing company for now on.

Called Shawn and he was super responsive and available and came to the job right in the time frame he said. He made the modifications necessary to fit the new water heater and he sweated the pipes and clearly new what he was doing. He was easy to work with and very reasonably priced. He also went above and beyond after seeing that the water pressure in our home was low. He went into the crawl space unsolicited to check what kind of piping we had to the house and upon seeing that everything looked good stated that he believed the issue was with the water meter and recommended that we contact the

Did an amazing job and very affordable and clean. They pulled our toilet without charging us an arm and leg for it and unclogged the blockage. They recommended a clean out and was very surprised on how much they would charge us for it. Definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing issues and other issues. 757Seven Cities Plumbing Service Shawn has been my plumber for almost 2 year since I move to the NN VA area. I use two other plumbers through my home warranty company which couldn’t fix the issue of the water flow in my kitchen sink. Shawn was amazing! He answered his phone when no one else did or had time. We had a few jobs that needed to be taken care of. He was on time, came and assessed the jobs and gave us his professional opinion on what we needed. He took care of everything within a few hours and we are grateful.
