We've been with Atlantic for over 15 years, and they've never let us down. Our technician Shawn is awesome - friendly, courteous, and professional. The receptionist, Jennifer, always keeps us updated on everything - technician arrival time, yearly service reminders, etc. She listens closely and is very caring. We are extremely happy with everything they've done for us over the years. Highly recommended!

Called and arranged an inspection of HVAC system in June, they said they would get back to me in a few days, which turned to a couple of weeks, I decided to wait it out as I wasn’t in much of a hurry, bumped into their technician doing a job in parents in law’s house and he said, there was a delay and I will get the quote by the end of the week. As I’m writing this review, it’s now been almost 3 months since that first visit. I don’t really think they want business, and for someone who came highly recommended to me, this has been an utter disappointment, they haven’t reached out to

We called this company out to give us an estimate on two plumbing jobs we needed done. 1. To be connected to city sewer and 2 to fix a vent issues in our two back bathrooms. I explained what i needed done before I made the appointment. They didn't tell me that I needed to have the city mark where the tap was before they would give an estimate. Even though we basically we knew where it was. I Made an appointment which they did show up to. But then we didn't hear from them. I called a week and a half later. The guy on the phone was very rude and told me he can't give us an estimate until the city

Had them clean my furnace and see about an estimate on other repairs I needed to my hvac system. After 2 weeks they finally got me an estimate which was not itemized. And I haven't heard from them again even though I've called multiple times with no response, they said they would mark my request as "urgent" I still got nothing. Going to go with another company that is actually willing to help me.

The hottest days of summer, my AC went out. I had used a company on 3 different occasions for the same AC problem with no avail. I contacted Atlantic Plumbing Heating and AC Inc after searching online and reading reviews.
The company worked with my busy schedule and arrived on time. Shawn is very knowledgeable, friendly and arrived promptly. He provided excellent service at a great price.

After miscommunication about what exactly a free estimate we received an apology. It was appreciated. So our A/C unit was pretty old and we could have did a quick fix for about 800 bucks but we decide to just replace everything. They worked fast and professionally. We were contacted by the owner multiple times to make sure everything was fine or if we needed any questions answered. Very great service and we appreciate their hard work. They also do Military discounts so that was nice too. I have the names written down at home, I'll update my review with names later.
