911 Restoration's team was so helpful and responsive in helping my family deal with both a sewage leak, and then mold discovered in the remediation process. Throughout the whole time, the team kept our house and bathroom space so clean, too. Their thoroughness prevented us from living in a moldy and unhealthy environment. I will be forever grateful to Rudy, Rick, Alyssa, Matt, and the whole team for taking such great care of us! The pictures are of the molded areas, and everything after the mold was gone.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star but you had to leave at least a one start to leave a review. The owner Richard Snyder also known as Ric is very unprofessional and not upfront and loyal at all. Richard Snyder is NOT someone I would recommend to work with he tried to get me to lie to my insurance adjuster about the water damage that his dehumidifier caused when it leaves in my bathroom and caused my ceiling to fall in. An investigator from my insurance company was involved and Richard Snyder refused to corporate with the investigator. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL AS THE OWNER HIMSELF

I called 911 Restoration for an evaluation in my crawlspace to make sure I had no issues regarding mold or moisture. They sent someone out to check the next day who did an evaluation of the crawlspace and checked for any signs of mold or problems. I was VERY PLEASED when they informed me that there were NO issues! I appreciate the expertise and professionalism of this company. I would definitely call them again in the future should any need arise. These people know the meaning of "integrity".
