I had a bathroom faucet leak into the cabinet below and the tile floor and crawl space below. Recommended to Semper Dry by my plumber. The technician did not have the right tools. They didn't come back when they said they would. The technician asked inappropriate questions like, "Did you just get out of the shower?" which made me very uncomfortable. At the conclusion of the job, he asked me to fill out an evaluation but stood over me while I did so, which also unprofessional and I didn't feel comfortable writing an honest evaluation. True professional"s... We woke up at 530 am to 2 inches of water in our flooded basement. We were in a tail spin of what to do and who to call. We called Semper Dry.. within 2 hours we had Emergency Water Mitigation experts on site with a full Arsenal of drying fans and dehumidifiers to get us dry immediately. They did a great job at my house. Upon arrival to my home they quickly diagnosed where all the water had traveled in the walls and got to work immediately.
