Awesome experience! It was our first time using a storage and they made the process very easy. The area was easy to get to. It was clean and secure. The favorite thing for us was how responsive they were with our questions. I would definitely go back if I need to one day!
The only suggestion for the company is to have automatic payments. I kept forgetting my payments was charged late fees.

This location has brand new units. It is blacktopped, which is very nice! There are cameras installed around the property. The units are a bit more expensive than some of their competitors', but you truly get what you pay for: We stopped to see a competitor's lower priced storage facility, and almost bottomed out our vehicle on their treacherous driveway. Plus, their units were much older, and the lot was gravel, with no security cameras. We passed on that.

RENTER BEWARE!!! I have never had to rent a storage unit before so this was very new to me. I was told that in order to get my security deposit back, I would have to give a 30 day notice. I moved out of my unit on November 13. Before I moved out, I contacted them to let them know I was giving my 30 day notice effective November 13 as I would be moving my things out. I tried contacting them several times to find out why I had not received my deposit back. Well, my thirty day notice went into December. So, in order to have received my refund, I would have had to pay for the month of December. Very

Not bad storage units with a very convenient location on Ballard Rd, as the last reviewer stated my unit was not clean when I received it, but I also needed a unit right away and they literally just put the door on the day before I rented back in December and I put the blame on the contractor for not cleaning up after themselves after finishing. Since December 2 or 3 rows of units have been built from a poured foundation and I see something new just about every time I go there. There is definitely still work to be done construction wise but it's getting there and they are definitely rentable right

I just finished my contract with Ballard storage. This was the first time I used a self storage business and was nervous. My first conversation with them was very helpful and they put my mind at ease. They were flexible when it came to meeting me to sign the paper work. Although the business was under construction, I felt like the location was clean, safe and easily accessible. I will rent with them again. Highly recommended!
