Very high quality self storage place. Newly constructed, security cameras, bright lights keep the area lit if you have to go access your unit at night. The owner, Jason, is very kind, understanding, and keeps things professional which is why the next time I need to store anything I will ONLY be going back here. Highly recommend you do the same!

I rented a unit for a little over a year. The unit was spacious for the price and the area it's located is just outside of town. I even felt safe going there at night. The owner is really friendly and is easy to contact and quick to respond. When I first started renting, I didn't lock my unit correctly and he quickly contacted me to let me know so nothing happened to my belongings. I would definately recommend to anyone who's looking to not just rent a storage unit but to someone who also wants peace of mind that the owner is always around keeping an eye on things.

The facility is brand new and extremely clean, the units are large and can easily fit 3 to 4 bedrooms. Price is great compared to other storage facilities. Great neighborhood, well lit at night time and the owner is a great guy, Jason is really friendly and will help you out ever step of the way, best storage renting I’ve ever had and would highly recommend anyone to get in contact with Jason when looking for their next unit you will not be disappointed!

I would HIGHLY recommend this place to my friends and family. The units are brand new so mine was SUPER clean and up to date. The price was fine compared to other storage places in the area. There is nice lighting and security cameras on the property. In the winter, the snow was ALWAYS plowed and the property was kept up year round. The owner was super easy to work with, very flexible and very good at communicating. Also something that was very nice, was that he checks on the units locks daily (mine was found unlocked one time and he texted me right away!!!) There are so many good things to say

The storage units at Spare Space Self Storage are in excellent condition. The exterior of the buildings and paved grounds surrounding the units are also in very nice shape. Everything located on the property was very clean. The units have a sufficient amount of anti-theft security measures in place so you can rest assured that your personal belongings are safe. The location of the property is conveniently located in the city of Oshkosh, but not on a busy road where it would be challenging to go in and out of frequently.
