In response to Mr. Grandchamps comments. We do not dispute the fact the permit was pulled in April 2014 and Certificate of Occupancy April 2015. Nor do we dispute the final payment in May 2017. Once again there is missing information. Mr. Grandchamps final payment wasn't delayed for just a punch list. There were additional items contracted after the C/O was issued. One of the items was the installation of a entry driveway stone wall. The stonework requested by the client was very time consuming and took nearly four months to just complete the stonework.
