Beautiful House !! Excellent salesman who answered ALL my questions about building a "New Home" in the Charlotte County area. Large selection of floor plans to choose from, and offers "custom changes" to the blueprints to make it personalized for us. I recommend this company highly, and have driven by dozens of their finished home's.

I would like to start out by saying this is the first time my wife and I have ever been involved in a new house construction. We we're about to retire and move to a new town. The idea of all those new changes plus build a new home was mind boggling until we met Scott and Kate Knapp owners of Capitol Building & Construction every thing changed after that. A young couple knowlegable beyond their years in the home construction business . We have been living in our home built by Capitol Building & Construction Co., for 4 months. We are so pleased with our home. We feel we have a solid, quality built home with so many of the features being above the usual builder's grade material. I could not be more pleased with the work done by Capital Building. I have a property in Englewood FL that I have been updating. Unfortunately I went with the wrong local person that was just over his head. I was in a bind to get the work completed before my tenants arrived January 1st. I'm sure my job wasn't what they are used to doing, but they jumped in and got the work done and the end result was better than I could have imagined. Trevor was very professional and ensured that the work was done to perfection. I would highly recommend Capital to anyone needing work done.

We have been living on our new home built by Capitol for 2 years and we love it. Originally we checked out 3 other builders in this area along with Capitol. We found Capitol to have the best value and floor plans to choose from. Scott was very accommodating in answering any questions or changes we made. Richard the New Home Coordinator was always ready to help with information, referrals for local services and advice on styles or products. We had a very good experience with Capitol and highly recommend them.

"As local realtor, I have been to many different model homes, and was very impressed when I first stepped foot in a Capitol home. I have built two homes previously with other builders, and to say I am happy with the home they built for my wife and I, would be an understatement. The quality of work and concern for my satisfaction is unlike any other company I have dealt with in the past. Capitol uses quality materials standard in their homes that other builders do not use, or want to charge as upgrades. Scott was always available to take the time to answer my questions, and even meet me at the jobsite
