Port Charlotte, FL is a great community in Charlotte County with a population around 54,000 and land area of over 24 square miles. Port Charlotte is one of the premier fishing destinations in Florida.

BRIGON built a truly custom home for us and we LOVE it! Yes, it took a bit longer to complete than we expected BUT - long lead times in the Permitting process as well as material shortages and labor disruptions - all because of COVID....Brian and his team are to be commended for staying focused and juggling multiple issues to complete our beautiful home.
This is the 2nd home that BRIGON built for us and we would not even consider using any other builder. He's honest, fair, committed and takes great pride in his and his subs work. ...only the best will suffice.

Brigon Homes - I interviewed many builders and decided to go with Brian @ Brigon Homes which was the best decision we made. From our initial meeting Brian was knowledgeable truthful and genuine. We built the Majestic model which we fell in love with from the moment we walked into the model. The open layout design was what sold us in addition to the doors in the back that give the indoor -outdoor living experience. I highly recommend Brian @ Brigon to build your next custom dream home! I am surprised to see all the positive comments for Brigon Homes. We had our home built by Brian. He was very nice and answered all our questions in the beginning. Yet once the papers were signed he was pretty much out of the picture. We had to deal with his secretary most of the time. She is not professional and very rude. We had many issues with the build except the kitchen cabinet people were great. I would never recommend Brigon to build a house.

I wish we could give Brian and Brigon Homes 10 stars! From our very first visit thru the handing over of the keys to our new home, the process was simple and seamless. Brian's knowledge and calm demeanor put us at ease at what could have been a most overwhelming project. There were a few times when we were having a difficult time deciding our options and Brian stepped right in with suggestions that turned our perfect. Me and my wife love our new home that Brigon built. We had looked at other builders but when we came across the tradewinds model and saw the craftsmanship and lay out we were sold. I’d like to say that Brigon delivered and our home looks beautiful. The home build was done in a timely fashion with proper communication which to me is very important with each phase of the build. I do recommend that if your considering building look up Brigon Homes...their quality is outstanding and you’ll be very satisfied that you went with them to build your home. While visiting the Port Charlotte area in 2016, we looked at several model homes in the South Gulf Cove area. We visited Brigon Homes and were pleasantly surprised to meet the builder himself at his model home. Brian visited with us for quite some time as we discussed his homes and
his building history in the area, as well as local coastal building requirements. We even talked about a common interest, fishing!
Fast forward to Summer of 2017 and we met with Brian & his helpful office personnel Jessica to pick our modified Majestic home plan. They were great throughout

modified Lakes 2 home. As first-time new home builders, we were concerned about the process of building. Brian made our experience easy and helped us through the steps. We are thrilled with the results Brigon Homes produced. Brian and his staff were very professional and extremely easy to work with. His building subs were all top notch and created a very well-built and comfortable home. There were no surprises either during or at the end of our build. Our final punch list was only 6 things and they were all completed within days

We used Brigon Homes in the spring 2013, to enclose our garage to make more living space under air. We are very very happy with the end result!!! This was our first time using a General Contractor and it was a very good experience. Brian and Ann did a wonderful job keeping us updated with the progress of our project. Very impressed that the project was kept to its original completion date. All in all a very pleasant experience and we will defiantly use Brigon in the future!
