Yes, we provide a 1 year builder's warranty for the house and a 10 year structural warranty from the Bonded Builders Home Warranty Association. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to contact us. These costs will vary depending on the elevation of your lot, the availability of water, the type of septic required (ATU septic tanks are almost double a standard septic tank) and how much the county is charging for impact fees.

I had to put the star there they force me to you should be minus 10 Stars. The worst home builder in the United States of America. They do not pull permits to do a job Beth Canton would do jobs a legally just for that money do not have a home built by this company. Later on in life you will find your house and major violations and not a permit pulled. Once again I strongly suggest never to have a house built by the Cantin
