Ron grew up in a family that was involved in extensive residential, single family/multi-family and commercial development in Florida. Prior to joining the family business 12 years ago, Ron graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology, was employed as a commercial airline pilot, and then joined a large multi-national retail manufacturing company as a manager.

The Initial Meeting: Bring any information you have, including drawings, sketches, brochures, pictures, or magazine articles you may have assembled. Having a "must have" wish list for your home is also helpful at this meeting. If you already own property, bring the site address and any possible information you have on your property including a survey and elevation certificate.

I toured this exceptional model home in my neighborhood last week. It’s a total wow! Perfectly situated on a saltwater canal lot. Every thing about the home exudes quality and thoughtful design. As a chef I loved the kitchen layout and as a happy Floridian the outdoor space and amenities are showstoppers. I would use Harbor Home Builders and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Our home was recently completed and turned out beautiful. Office staff, Lisa and Donna were very helpful throughout the build especially when dealing with our mortgage company (separate story there). Our Project Managers Dave and Phil were always reachable and on the site almost everyday. This was helpful since we were still living out of the area for about 70% of the project.

Fine quality homebuilders. The structures have wonderful sightlines, big open spaces. They will build what you want. Another builder who works in a cookie-cutter fashion would not put a tub in the master bedroom. Decide if you want a custom builder like Harbor or compromise for a lesser dwelling by a tier two company.
