Per our experience as tenants, and per realtors that we have talked to, if you ever see their sign on a property or home, run and do not look back. Our place was repainted instead of getting touched up because they had our security deposit to use. Have doubts about this review or think its biased, go to Halton Place and ask the current tenants. This was originally a group of townhomes for sale, and quickly became for rent because most of the original owners sold them less than a year from purchase. Even the management company they hired to take care of that property are unresponsive and virtually

High quality builders, the details, trust, and follow up are what lacks. We bought a beautiful condo we paid the market rate for. When buying a unit for $185/ft you have high expectations. The actual building and quality of the build and materials internally have been incredible. They have a great eye for design and their experience shows.
On the flip side the sidewalk was not done properly poured and ended up giving way within a year. They will be fixing them but did take a bit more than a nudge to do so. The sprinkler system was designed poorly and not well done and we the homeowners are already
