Nick and Shawn have been providing us with awesome service for five years. The previous owners of our house were very impressed with Community Heating and Air LLC and so are we. They recently replaced the heating and cooling system. Everything was done on schedule. Nick and Shawn are very reliable and professional. Cost is much lower than we paid the large company that provided service at our prior home. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a heating or AC service.

Last winter my 22yo furnace finally died. Found out also that the AC unit was at least 14 years. Thankfully the winter was mild and I got thru with just some oil filled heaters. In the spring I began researching different units and installation companies. After receiving 5 quotes, I narrowed it down to 2, 1 of which was Community. Shawn and Nick came out to review my needs early in the process and were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to accomplish it.

So happy that I called a small local HVAC outfit rather than one of the massive companies whose employees are trained to use fear, uncertainty, and doubt to pressure you to buy unnecessary equipment or accesories.
