A-J Roofing provides both commercial and residential services to the community. They specialize in new construction concentrating primarily in flat roofs and architectural metal roofs with all related flashing's.
A fully automated sheet metal shop enables precision fabrication both in-house and for other contractors. Along with the roofing and sheet metal is a commercial gutter machine enabling virtual maintenance-free guttering installation. Services
Flat roofing can fall into many categories. The main ones that we install are single ply membranes, coatings, rolled roofing, and low sloped metal roofs. Depending on the roof slope, roof size, and building use is a great place to start when determine what type of roofing system you may need or want on your building.
We provide and install many different types of single-ply membrane roofing and insulation packages. The different single-ply products we provide are EPDM, TPO, and PVC. These products come in black, white, gray, tan, and custom colors if the project is big enough, and all products can range in thicknesses from 45 mil up to 90 mil.
Our sheet metal department offers more than 35 colors in steel and aluminum, which include standard colors, metallic colors, and four colors to match stone. We also offer multiple metal options which are steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, anodized aluminum, zinc, and galvanized. Contact us for gauge, weight, or thickness of these materials.
5" and 6" gutters are your average sizing for the typical home. Though there is only a 1" difference in sizing, with the 6" gutters, you will get about 40% more water flow. We provide extensive Gutter cleanings and repairs, along with, installation of Leaf Guards. Leaf Guards provide protection from birds, squirrels, and other pest from nesting in your gutters, along with, keeping your gutters free of debris for minimal year round cleaning.
Here is just a few projects we have had the honor of working on to make our community a greater place. Here is a few schools we have worked on around town. The pictures show Union College Krueger Center, LPS Morley Elementary, and Metro Community College. We have installed EPDM, TPO, Metal roofing, metal wall panels, shingles, and costume fabricated metal on many school's.
