Contracted this company to get a clean up for one of my stores. We signed the paper work to get it done and everything went very smoothly! The owner than wanted to sell me on a new layout design. We paid the owner $100 gift card to sketch out his design. We decided to just go for the clean up and maintenance for now. The owner than sent me a text saying he was going to pass on the clean up and maintaining property because he thought it to be more of a pain than the money is worth since they wont do major clean up? I was very confused as he set the price for the work he was doing. Was really excited

I called DeFeo Landscaping about having our front yard fixed up a bit before we listed our house. Eric was very accommodating with our budget and schedule and managed to squeeze us in just a few days after the call. His crew worked fast and our yard looks better than it has in years.
They removed small trees, cleared brush, trimmed shrubs, placed new sod in patchy areas, and overall made the yard much more presentable.

We have used DeFeo Landscaping and Lawn Care for years. They take care of the lawn once a week during the growing season and once the growing season ends they mulch up leaves and clean up. Wednesday is our day for lawn care and we can count on them to be there. We also had Eric DeFeo add two stone edged flower beds in front of the house and plant shrubs in those beds. The beds look great and we get many compliments. We received "Yard of the Month" honors from our HOA when he installed the beds. I recommend DeFeo Landscaping and Lawn Care. From start to finish, Eric performed well on every step to deliver an exceptional product. His incredible landscape design was/is a work of art that became reality as he and team executed the plan to perfection. They built a beautiful stone border in our front yard and replaced all the old, overgrown bushes with fresh, colorful plants. In fact, we were so impressed he did our backyard too! Highly recommend.

Eric and his crew did an amazing job designing and building our new backyard. When we bought the house, the yard was largely unusable because it sloped so steeply. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but Eric listened to my concerns and used his expertise to design a beautiful plan. They built a retaining wall and added soil. They also landscaped the area beautifully. We have spent so much time in our backyard during quarantine and love how it looks! He was easy to work with. Communication was clear and the job was done quickly. I am very pleased and would absolutely use him again.

We started using DeFeo Landscaping to mow our yard in 1994 and have been extremely pleased with his services. Since that time, he and his crew have worked miracles landscaping our front flower beds and constructed a retaining wall between our house and our neighbor. Eric approached us in 2016 with a proposal to turn our backyard jungle into a livable space. Eric surrounded the pool with flagstones, elevated the back portion adding a pergola. We really enjoy our backyard now, especially with this quarantining in place. It’s a nice place to sit, drink coffee, and read the newspaper.

Very knowledgeable about plants and there care, makes good recommendations. Always shows up on time, will answer his phone when possible or will return your call promptly.
