In 1997, Progressive Dimensions opened its countertop business to the public out of a small garage in Barnegat, New Jersey. It was always a dream for Ed Cassidy to own his own business so he took out a $ 7,000 loan from a friend and took a leap of faith. He began fabricating laminate by hand, spreading the word by taking contractor jobs here and there.
He was joined by his wife, Lisette, who is in charge of marketing and now laughs about the challenge of being creative while working on a tight budget. We are celebrating our 25th year in business thanks to 30 top-notch employees, who are professional and the very best at their jobs. Today, Progressive Dimensions has grown into three convenient locations in New Jersey.
Our Toms River location features an outdoor slab and remnant yard full of hundreds of natural and engineered stones as well as a showroom. We do our own fabrication there, using state-of-the-art digital technology. Our second location is just minutes from LBI, on Route 9 in Manahawkin is a designer's paradise with full size slabs of quartz and natural stone all housed in an indoor design showroom.

We have immediate position open for a sales-driven individual with a strong closing ability to work in our showroom. This position is salary PLUS commission! The Showroom Sales Representative increases sales by working with customers including homeowners, contractors and designers in choosing from a wide variety of natural or manufactured stone and cabinets.
We had our beautiful new granite installed today and I couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked into the showroom and met with Gina to the installation today, the whole process has been great. The installation crew was efficient, meticulous and so polite. They all introduced themselves when they walked through my door and I really appreciated that and the beautiful job they did.

From walking in the showroom to installation everyone was very helpful & friendly. The selection was great & pricing beat everywhere else. I was very nervous for the day of installation that something wasnt going to fit right in our reno. Chris & Edwin were amazing!!!! they were very friendly & professional. Absolutely love our new counters!!!!

If I could give Chris and Edwin 5 stars each I would. These young men are so personable and professional. Their workmanship was beyond what I thought. They were there when the countertops were put in and now for a few minor repairs and I couldn't be happier, you can't even see where the repairs have been done. I totally recommend this company. I LOVE my new countertops and Chris and Edwin are top notch !!!

Be careful of this counter top company. I was deceived. It made me crash. I went to his company on November 5,2021 and made sure to ask for a whole piece of counter top. Later, I visited the company and confirmed that I asked for a whole piece of counter top again. when Temp I also a reminder that a whole piece of counter top is needed. When the counter top is installed on Saturday, December 4, 2021, my counter top is 5 small pieces to assemble my counter top. they never told me my counter top with many junk pieces assemble. Moreover, the company was closed on Saturday and the service could not

Customer service is good. Staff always helpful and pleasant. We did 3 estimates for our kitchen counters. Progressive prices are on the higher end. We chose the honed finish which was an additional cost - and not cheap. Unfortunately they lack quality control with the fabrication. We ordered a matching kitchen sink and bar sink for the island. Received a phone call that they cut the island bar sink hole too big and if it was okay to use one of the sinks they sold instead of the one we purchased to match my main sink. (no charge for their sink and we were able to return the sink we purchased.) Main

Although there were a couple of hiccups along the way, I love my countertops from Progressive Dimensions. Gina in the front office is a nice way to start your shopping. The prices were comparable and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. George was immediately responsive to some issues that came up and every service person that entered my home were genuinely some of the nicest people I've met. Tim is my hero...thank you so much for everything! I'm very happy now and love my kitchen...my countertops are my favorite part!!
