In August of 2020 I contacted AM Sun Solar about the battery program 100% rebate through PG&E. I qualified for this program in every way. I lived in a high fire area, on a water well and of have a medical need for electricity. I jumped at the chance so I called AM Sun Solar and told them sign me up. I was told I qualify. I told them I couldn’t afford to buy solar. I was also told to tell all my neighbors and if they bought solar I would get $500. So AM Sun Solar took a $400 refundable deposit from me to get things going. I was referred to their engineering department for a site survey

This company did not back what the salesperson promised. It cost us over 30k in escrow to payoff the loan!! The Director of Sales refused to work with us and said "oh well it was an honest mistake". Do your research!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The design team did what we asked.
The install team was great and followed through with our plans and the design as requested.
They were on schedule throughout the process.
Everything was explained well throughout the project!
I considered Tesla and SunRun for a variety of reasons, but in the end I chose A.M. Sun Solar and I am happy I did!! Their customer service, equipment and being a local company all solidify my decision to go with A.M. Sun

DO NOT give them your phone number. I was genuinely interested but had just had spinal surgery. I explained this to 3 different people the first day. I had "won" fair tickets but no wristbands,( I didn't need them and gave them away) Meanwhile, no matter what I said, they kept calling. I had set up an appt with one of the ladies a few weeks down the road.She said she would make sure the calls would stop. They havent. Today they texted me, then called to apologize for texting. Prior to start of the project i simple request the supervisor to raise up a little bit the ground panels since goats roaming around in that area and he simply said "Not a big deal" but that was not followed. Now goats can easily jump on top of panels. Well i dont blame the working crew since no instruction to them by supervisor. Unfortunately, i dont recommend to anyone...

We were quite pleased with the entire process--from purchasing to "flipping the switch". Everyone along the way did a great job in keeping us up-to-date on progress and the next steps. The worksite was left clean each day and, aside from the box and panels, you'd never know anyone was there. We've since received two PG&E bills. Reading them has actually become a pleasurable experience!

It has now been two and a half years since we purchased out AM Solar system. Mike, Danielle and Brian and the install crew were all totally professional, and more to the point, were all friendly, honest and eager to help make the project a success - and it is! End of year time constraint totally met, extra work done above and beyond, every step explained and done on time, very high quality equipment and little details like color matching my house paint so new electrical conduit just blends right in. Blake and Damon were our installers and they were awesome. They really knew what they were doing and didn't let anything ruffle their feathers. They worked

From the first estimate to the finished product, we have been delighted with AM Sun. The first person we met with, Glen, was very patient with our questions and our need to time the installation with tax time. He replied to each call and text very quickly. Nathan and his crew were friendly and courteous and worked hard to beat the weather! I appreciate the small details such as finding the correct paint color for a touch up on the house where they had to cut the siding. We are loving our almost non existent electricity bill!!! We will definitely recommend AM Sun to our friends.

to a $300.00 / mo.payment to the credit union on a 12 year plan.
Plus a $10,000.00 Tax credit
Our annual PG&E projected bill is $144.00 FOR THE YEAR. Yoo Hoo.

We had the opportunity to evaluate the company over a year and a half ago when they installed their system on a friend's house. These people have been completely satisfied if not thrilled with the product and the performance. We then watched the process from the beginning with , yet, another friend. Immediately we were impressed with the ability of the contact person to answer any and every question the next day if not directly after asking via email or phone call any time of day or holiday. We evaluated the smooth installation and competency of everyone involved. No delays, no hidden surprises
