No renovation or remodel project is too big or too small for Canalroad, LLC. We enjoy the challenge of evaluting your site, understanding your lifestyle and choosing a design and style that integrates them all. The following projects reflect the varied approaches and scales of previous projects we have completed.
The inspiration for this home was a country manor with cedar shakes for siding and board and battan to clad the upper gables of the roofs. Some times all you need is a little more space. But creatively integrating into the rest of the house is the architectural challenge. This small 800 square foot addition added double walk-in closets, a master bathroom equipped with a private toilet, glass enclosed shower and a spa room in the main turret.
It is amazing with what you can do with a box! This home was remodeled with an intent to integrate it with its environment while sheding its 1950 track home feel. Subtle changes can make a world of difference. A simple addition of a Master Bedroom suite, french balcony and recladding the entire home in cedar continues to preserve this house's old world charm.
