These are a quality company that stands by their work. We had the most crazy ant problem in the world (possibly the universe don’t know how Martian ants are though) and they were able to get it handled. Can’t recommend them enough. Office staff is always responsive.

Our technician was great. He was very polite and considerate and gracious. He was also very knowledgeable answering my questions and educating me on pests and how to control them. Every one in the office was also great. They were responsive and professional. I am normally a pretty critical customer because I feel like we live in a day and age were good service is becoming a thing of the past, but my experience with ExtermPro has encouraged me that some businesses and their employees still believe in, and practice, attentive customer service.

I requested inside service today as I do at the beginning of every summer since that's when the bugs are most active. The tech was super friendly and accommodating. He was thorough and quick and attentive to detail. Our outside service is always top notch. ExtermPro is great to work with!

I heard about ExtermPro from Nextdoor. They do not disappoint. Every time I have called I was able to talk to a person directly instead of a recorded message. When I had a problem with ants, they came out immediately. The staff is very professional. I highly recommend this family owned business.

We have been neighbors of the owners of ExtermPRO for years so we signed up for the service when they first started the business. We have had a lot of issues with spiders on the ceiling of our front porch and in our garage but ExtermPRO has made it all go away. We have been super impressed with their responsiveness, great family owned and operated business.
