Rental of skid loader was simple and quick. They delivered the skidloader on time. Only issue was it would not move when employee tried to unload. Took bout 20mins before brake disengaged. I had same issue both days I had it and lost days work due to repeated non unlocking brake!
Tracks were slick and spun often and hard to turn. Cogs spun inside track. It needs major upgrades to system operations.
If it would move all the time I could have finished my project and another one as it was but for my job!

If equip upgraded will definitely use Champion again.

Picked up tile saw on Friday afternoon, the saw was new and never used or tested. The blade wobbled and gave a poor cut so I couldn't use it. Exchanged it Saturday first thing and got an old saw that cut better but made a wider hole at the beginning of the cut. Couldn't use it either. I returned it, after waiting 45 min for someone to help. So, after 4 trips up there and 2 saws that didn't work he charges me half a days rental for nothing?

We came in to check on renting a tool. We stood by while the one employee waited on two customers ahead of us. One of which rented an RV. I couldn't help but overhear the cost. Outrageous. After 20 minutes or so another customer came in while the employee continued to write up the outrageously expensive contract. A second employee came in from outside and promptly ignored us and went to the customer that just came in. It was like we were invisible. The interior was extremely unkempt and cluttered and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. Since we were apparently not important enough for them to

Oh geez !?!?... ASL Lawn and Care Services, LLC is Deaf-owned landscaping business Owner Jason Stabdifer told me and ASL rented 50' boom lift yesterday ( 03/23/2021) at about 4:30 pm and only USED one and half hour due bad thunderstorm (you can check yesterday's weather to verify!) and not SAFE during that time. They costed FULL PRICE and REFUSES to use prorated or extended time use rented. We the ASL will NOT renting anything from Champion rentals anymore due the fact they are greed and absolutely NO COMPASSION or UNDERSTANDING!!!!

An update... After the weekend, my review was read and I received a call from Champion Rent All. They refunded me the charge for the extra day after they did some investigating. I appreciated the follow up and consequently will probably use them again in the future if the need arises.
Original review: If you are thinking about renting from Champion Rent-All, I would advise against it.

No hidden fees no hidden agenda all questions answered and Kenny showed me how to use all the equipment and worked with me till I felt safe to do so on my own. The equipment worked perfect and the people servicing were OUTSTANDING! Thank you Kenny and your team for such good equipment and all our help.
