Brothers Moving and Storage did a super job for me. They were responsive, friendly and helpful in scheduling my labor-only move. They arrived on time and unloaded efficiently and carefully. Price was right. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Chris was great to work with.

This is my second move with Brothers. I called them back because the first move was so good. Great people, polite and professional. This second time, new crew - same result. Polite and Professional. I would prefer not to move again for a long while, but when I do - I will call them again. Thanks to Kevin and the rest of the guys. You were really great. Fast, efficient and on time!

Brothers Moving did a very poor job of packing and loading PODS. The contents of one of the PODS appeared so unstable that my husband and nephews ended up reorganizing and repacking it. The movers also packed boxes that were clearly identified as DO NOT PACK. Yet, they missed packing an entire kitchen cabinet.

Called 20 minutes after arrival time Friday to tell me people called in sick and they could not move me and if I could move my date to Monday (had to be out by Saturday) and they would give me 5% off.
I said no! And that I expect your help to find me a mover. Since Friday I have left at least 6 voicmails for someone to contact me and not a word! To not even make an effort to remedy the situation is unbelievable to me. Not a sorry, just we can't do it and never hear from them again!
Emailed the owner this morning at 5am and have yet to hear anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY took my money, broke by kitchen table and failed to complete the job. When I called to complain I was told another crew would return to finish putting together my bed and a claim form for my broken table would be mailed to me. They never mailed the claim form and no one showed up to complete the job. They did not answer the phone or respond to my voicemail messages.
I filed a complaint with BBB. They responded a year later and made excuses for not answering my calls or responding to my voicemails. This company is not trustworthy and is not willing to provide solutions

I am compelled to give five stars. As this was over two years ago, I fail to remember their names. Please look it up because they both deserve a reward! I have used two men and a ....., and always ended up helping because I ended up having to set the pace, So they have an idea of what I am looking for.working too hard, when I paid someone to do it. IF you have had a bad experience with one of these types of movers. Use "Brother's!! They worked hard ALL Day. I never touched a thing. I'm happy to recommend this business. I made moving arrangements several weeks before I moved. They were still on
