I have just witnessed a phone call that was involving Braulio Rangel and I am absolutely speechless as to how Braulio just spoke to a customer service rep from an insurance company. Shame on him. I will NEVER refer this company to anyone. He needs to get out of this business if this is how he speaks to people with customers on the phone with him. He needs to get some customer services skills if he is going to work with the public. I am ashamed to even witness this type of behavior.
