Had high hopes to start, but have to say I was extremely disappointed. Our dryer (7+ years old) broke the drive belt Sunday and finally had a well rated contractor assigned by AHS, but after the quick scheduling on Monday for an appointment Wednesday, things went down from there.
Had a 12-4pm window, called around 3:00 to check status and was told tech was a little behind but would be there soon. Great service - Friendly and efficient! The repair technician was quick, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing! It took four days to get the part, and just 5 minutes to replace it. He cleaned up after himself. And was gone in 15 minutes! We are extremely happy with our repair. Thank you!!

I have American Home Shield (AHS) and they sent xclusive to us to repair the digital board. We called, set an appt for about 5 days later. Tech arrived within the time frame, he saw it was the oven digital board and put in the order for it. Told me it would take 5-10 business days. About 7 working days later, he called and set up an appt to install it. It was about a week later. Tech came within time frame and put it all together. He tested to make sure the oven turned on and now we got a working oven again! Thank you!

Manifestly incompetent at every level. The tech who visited me argued about whether my fridge used fahrenheit to celsius even after I showed him how he was wrong. Didn't order the part they said they would when they said they did. I wouldn't trust them to know how to pour a glass of juice, let alone fix the fridge the juice came out of.

The dispatcher was very professional meeting my difficult work schedule. I come home late most days, usually after regular business hours - these guys offered to work with my schedule and provide service and I thank them for that. My sink and dishwasher issues were addressed immediately and I didn't need to break a sweat.
I've dealt with many shady businesses before that try to upsell you by saying something is wrong then getting paid to actually figure out the problem, this was not the case and I'll be calling again.

The worst service ever, they broke my refrigerator door and they don't want to come to fix it. Because they know they can't. I wish I can rated them negative. American shield sent them to fix my refrigerator and they didn't fix the issue and the same time they broke the door. The owner is rude. The worst company ever!

This company doesn't respond to voice messages left in a timely manner and refuses to take responsibility or go the extra mile of acknowledging customer's legitimate complain. All they care about is their service charge. Even though their diagnosis and equipment shows that a fridge is functioning OK but when asked you are holding a bag of melted product in the freezer, is there a plan B, the answer is well it is functioning well. They are not even prepared to further investigate to resolve the issue.

I was really satisfied with my technician and Xclusive. I called them because of my Whirlpool washer wasn't spinning, they gave me an appointment in 2 days, which is a bit long but when Tony came out he was really nice, he got to the bottom of the issue really quick, we ordered a new part and he came out again to finalize the repair! Thank you guys for being smooth I'll definitely use them in the future.

This is the WORST appliance repair company in Orange County.
STAY AWAY.
They lie about fixing things and when you call to have them come out a second time, they want to blame you instead of solving the problem.
The repair tech has fed me BS about my dishwasher and the same guy came out for my oven. Both times I find out that their work is SH@@@y.

I agree with the previous negative review. Do not use! Michael, maybe the owner, lies in order to work the system with the home warranty companies so that he can get paid twice on the same claim. In the end this company wasn't able to fix my dryer and didn't want to come again to solve whatever is wrong with it. Very unethical and unprofessional.

Needed to get my Viking fridge fixed, because it had stopped letting air from the freezer into the fridge, so the fridge wasn't cool at all. I called in the evening and got an appointment for the next day.
They came on time, and were very friendly. Diagnosing the problem was very fast, and Vick the technician explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He had the part with him to fix it, so he was able to fix it same day, which was very helpful because i thought i would have to throw away half of the food from my fridge.
