Right during the holidays my refrigerator needed repair. Expert Appliance Repair got me in the next day. Robert quickly assessed the issue and fixed it! I'm so grateful it was fixed before the holidays and Robert the technician was friendly and knew how to repair it quickly!

Good price. Had to make 2 separate days out of the job, due to the wrong motor being ordered. Turns out my washer just needed a new timer in the 1st place. Water on floor after job was done. Got the job done fast though.

Called to schedule an appointment but received horrible service by the receptionist who took my call. She wouldn't provide her name but had no problem talking over me as I tried to explain how rude she was. I'm going to find a different company to do business with but wanted to share so others are aware.

We hired this appliance repair company to repair our oven. We found It through Home Advisor. When we called them, they quoted us $85 just to come out and diagnose the problem, which was fine. If anything needed to be done, that $85 would go towards the cost of the repairs. The technician came out and determined that we just needed to flip the breaker switch to reset the oven, so he did. He then charged us $200 for this "service" that took 5 seconds. His justification was that they charge higher rates for "higher end ovens". We told him we were already quoted $85 and we told

I wasted $315 for parts and labor for my samsung refrigerator They said it will solve the problem on my ice maker. After 2 months same problem. I called them for warranty since they change some parts. They told me there's a $65 charge for a diagnosis. Don't use this company! Beware of highway robbery.

I would like to leave no stars. I just paid $75 dollars for the man (thank you for your service) to tell me he didn't know what to do and wasn't knowledgeable of the dishwasher. He drove in his own car and turned the car off from the engine. No service van or company van. I would not like my money back because this was a rip off. I'm so upset right now.

Talk to the ( I guess) the secretary. As I told her my complaint she kept talking over me. I'm very disappointed in the service and will not be recommending to any one. I should have done more research to choose a better

I'm a real estate agent and I had another HVAC company come out to inspect my clients new cooling and heating system. They said there was nothing they could do and they had to replace the 2 full systems (it was a large house). I had Sunny from Expert Appliance come out and inspect the units and he said they work great and just hadn't been tuned up in a long time. A few hundred bucks vs. about a $20,000 repair the other company recommended is a major difference and saved my clients a ton of money. I don't trust any other company than Expert Appliance Repair.

I rarely write reviews. But I will, when my experience and the end results are exactly what I needed from the Company.

Unfortunately, my home warranty referred me to this company so I'm stuck with them, but you don't have to be. Tech showed up with no PPE, no warning, poor communication. Then incorrectly re-installed my dishwasher and damaged my countertop. Not even a week later the same issue started happening Impossible to get ahold of these people. Just don't waste your time.

Unfortunately work was never completed and service was very rude!! Representative over the phone would not listen when I tried to explain what the dishwasher technician had relayed to my tenant. My fridge was a kitchen aid french door fridge and had recently had issues with cooling and we noticed it all stopped working after 7 memorable years. We called in and was given a time and paid a small fee for the worker to inspect that would be applied to the total cost. I recommend!!! Our technician Robert came out and repaired our refrigerator that wasn't cooling. He found the problem quickly, and made the repair. Afterwards he gave us tips on how to keep the problem from reoccurring again.

We have used them for a few items around our home and we are very satisfied with their work.

1.) Honesty. One of our repairs ended up being cancelled. This company refunded our money with a check. I was in total shock. How many companies still do this for customers? This kind of honesty and integrity is rare when it comes to business.

2.) Service. The staff works very hard to get you quick appointments with reasonable time windows. Expert Appliance not only gave us reasonable time windows, but the guy even called with a 30 minute warning. Great service on most appliances.
