They are Very Professional reliable and dependable they came out to my house in Petersburg Va and remodeled my house and it no longer looks the same ,

Prince Renovations provides great quality at work at reasonable and affordable prices. I recently had Prince Renovations do a small bathroom remodel which included installaton of new bathroom vanity and sink, tub refinishing and painting. The job was done within a day and looks fantastic! I will continue to utilize Prince Renovations for future home projects and so glad that I found them. They are extremely professional and kind and easy to work with!

Nilson and his crew have completed several projects to update and upgrade our home. He has laid laminate flooring in our basement and renovated all 4 of our bathrooms. He is always quick to respond and very willing to work with our schedule. His prices are more than fair and we are very pleased with his workmanship. The last project he did was to upgrade our basement bathroom. He had the project completed in under 3 weeks in time for family to arrive! We will always call Nilson and Prince Renovations for our home upgrades!

This company Prince Renavotion and they also go by Prince Flooring (Nilson) is bad for business....no communication...you don’t hear from them not knowing if they are going to do the job and they just show up no call...they use cheap material.....I could go on and on ... save yourself time and money...AVOID

The team with Prince Renovations far exceeded our expectations. They were flexible with time as well as our ever changing scope and plan. Neilson was always on time and his crew was always polite, professional and personable. The craftsmanship was next level and far exceeded expectations. The crew added a bathroom on the top floor as well as enclosed a porch to add a pantry/laundry area. They also redid the kitchen and floors, making this house pretty close to perfect. We could not be any more happy with the result and would recommend Neilson and his team for any job, big or small.

Prince Renovations remodeled a bathroom for us and they did a great job. They gutted most of the bathroom and replaced a freestanding tub with a large walk in shower. The work was excellent. When another contractor left us with a problem on a concurrent project they stepped in a fixed the issue free of charge!
