Fantastic service all around! From the salesperson to the installers and everyone in between, the personal attention I received was great. I had two bathrooms remodeled and they are beautiful. The workmanship is top-notch and I received great communication up to and after concluding the work. This was my first experience with MR.

The whole process was a pleasure from quote to install. The installation was clean and timely, Ron H. was the installation tec and he was very knowledgeable about the system and its installation. I am too old to be climbing ladders anymore, Gutter helmet will be a load off my mind, so glad I purchased it and had Mr. Fix it take care of the install.

We had our bathtub removed, and had a beautiful shower installed. Postor and Daniel did a great job! They clean up when they leave daily. Our walls are Seaside with scores like tile. We also opted for the barn door, I’m so happy we got the barn door.

Kevin, Richard and Ben installed a walk in shower for us. The job was to take 3 days. They were able to complete the job in 2. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and were professional throughout the process, neat and reassuring through all facets of the install. No question was unanswered. Upon completion Kevin gave us the instructions for the cleaning of our shower stall and provided a sample of the product to use as well as caution of cleansers that contained incompatible ingredients. Mr. Fix It did an excellent job at a reasonable price for the showers and tub remodeling we had done. Jon Hall, our salesman gave us samples to look at and he was willing to let us request special accessories for our shower and shower/tub. Installers were very considerate and showed us the work as it was being completed. All aspects were checked including plumbing and checking for any rotted wood. We love our new showers and bathtub.

The acrylic bathroom shower with the beautiful herringbone pattern and quartz counter tops were installed byKevin and Jackie. They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond what was expected, making sure that every detail was handled. They answered all of our questions and finished the job in a timely manner as well as made sure the site was left very clean when they finished. I would recommend the company and would use these installers again.

Gutter installation and Gutter Helmet were superb. The crew that installed the gutters themselves were awesome. They worked fast and were well organized. Very professional! The Gutter Helmet crews, led by Paul and Lars, were equally superb. They arrived plenty early in the day and got straight to work. We had out helmet system fascia mounted, which apparently is more time consuming and complicated, but allows a later roof install without having to remove the gutters. They were done in about 5 hours (on a large house). The next day we noticed one area where water was running down between the gutter

I had a tub to shower conversion done. It's AWESOME! While it was a little pricey, it is worth every penny. The installers, Kevin and Jackie were great. They were working with uneven walls, but that didn't stop them. They went up and beyond to get it right. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thanks for a great job. I love it.

We had a jetted garden tub. After 16 years of using it only once we decided we wanted it removed. Bob Lefew was the rep we met. He gave great recommendations and had samples for us to choose from. He's very friendly and informative. KEVIN and BEN were our installers. They both are friendly, professional and informative as well. They didn't stop working. They didn't mind us peeking to see what was going on.

I needed some gutter work quickly in order to sell my house. Since we have had so much rain, I asked each contractor I called how long it would take them to get to my job if I decided to hire them on the phone before wasting time to get a quote. The lady that set-up the service all quoted me 2-3 weeks, but the contractor that showed up quoted me 10-12. Complete waste of my time.

I have been getting robo calls at my work to the tune of 10 to 15 a day. Ask to be removed, spoke to someone and told them I was not interested. One day I decided to go ahead and follow through to see who was calling. After being transferred about three times I was put in touch with Mr fix it. I would never use these people just because of all the robo calls they make. Very shady practice using automated recorded calls over and over again even after you have told them nicely that your not interested. I can only imagine how many people's number or information is sold to other companies

I contracted with Mr. Fix-It for Gutter Helmet. This product is very expensive and I had high expectations. I met with Debbie Binshtok for an estimate. After her presentation, I decided to contract with them. It took several weeks for the project to start. I was aware of this. My main complaint is that four times people for that company came to my home without any kind of appointment or phone call to let me know they were coming. I could have been out of town or out of the country. I do not want random people coming to my home without any kind of notification. Some of them were in unmarked

We have a bathroom which needed to be remodel due to my husband's disability. We contacted Mr Fix it, at first they were very helpful but when asked to provide the detail estimate, communication was very poor, it was really hard to talk to them as they were seldom responding to our voicemails, emails and texts. Very disappointed in the company, expensive compared to other very good contractors. I would not recommend them. Thank God, we found a new contractor.

My garbage disposal stopped working, so I called around to a few places. Jason from Mr. Fix-It called me back and gave me some advice over the phone on how to trouble shoot my disposal, and it worked. He saved me $150 for a service call! I really appreciate his honesty. Now I'm going to come back to Mr. Fix-It for any other work I need done.

These folks do quality work. We had them install our gutter helmets. We had them at our house in Maryland and got them installed right away after we moved to Richmond. They did a great job and came back when we had a problem later and resolved it quickly at no charge. They are great!! I highly recommend them.
