Our new pool deck is amazing!!! The entire process working with Smallwood was professional yet personal. Lankin put the vision we had into possibility and John and his crew made it reality. The crew showed up like clockwork, respected our property and left no doubt that we have a quality product to enjoy for years to come. The small size of the siding job did not deter Smallwood from taking it on. A written contract and time frame was provided. The work was done in fine fashion to include job site clean up and follow up from the office. Every member of the company conducted themselves with professionalism. Would definitely use Smallwood again on my next home improvement project.

I am very happy with my experience with Smallwood Renovations. Everyone was so nice and professional from having them come out to give a quote and throughout the building process. Did a fantastic job on a complex whole-home gutter replacement where all of the new gutter downspouts terminate in some kind of rain barrel, or in a "first flush" filtration system that leads to a rain barrel. At a time when "easy" contracting opportunities are abundant -- and several other contractors wouldn't even consider taking on a non-cookie cutter project, Smallwood sent their most knowledgeable field tech to lead every step of the install. Very highly recommended! (I've already signed a second contract for Smallwood to build a custom hillside deck)

Had a few minor hiccups with materials left in the area where we park in driveway the entire weekend before project started, but after that nothing but professional and quality service. There were plenty of workers on site who had everything they needed to finish our deck expediently and efficiently. The deck is beautiful beyond our expectations… and we are looking forward to relaxing and enjoying family and friends there for years to come! I highly recommend Smallwood Renovations to anyone who wants to give total control and trust to a company that will take care of everything from permits

Smallwood Renovations redid my Florida room with new sliding doors with blinds incorporated into the doors. It looks like a completely different room. He also replaced my storm door on the front of the house. I don't know why I waited so long to make these improvements. They did a great job and it was done on time. Thanks Keith!
