After 4 and a half years of having a vehicle financed with Village Motors in Conover, NC, I decided to trade my vehicle in for something with less miles and more space. Within 2 days my check engine light came on, so I contacted the office trying to get assistance. I was told it was more than likely bad gas and to give it some time to cycle through with a higher grade. I waited for almost a week, the light went off and came back on, with the computer at Auto Zone reading a code for a random misfire. I now have contacted them several times trying to get the issue fixed and have been completely pushed

This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Village Motors and I absolutely love it. As the saying goes… if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!!! I worked with Jennifer for a little over a week and she listened to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle, she paid attention to the things I wasn't crazy about on some vehicles and stayed patient the entire time. She asked me to check out a Highlander and I knew right away that it was going to be mine if God allowed a way for it to happen. I am very ecstatic about the service her and her Co workers provided me and my new to me SUV! I will be back in the far future.

Isaiah was AMAZING! He stayed late for us not once, but TWICE! He is so humble. He made us feel like family. During the whole process, he never once didn’t stay in touch with us. If we had a question, he responded very quickly, even though he was super busy. He makes his customers a priority. Even though he has only been there for a few months, he was very knowledgeable! We would greatly recommend him to any of our friends or family! We want to thank him, along with Fred for making our new purchase happen. Here’s to new memories with our BIG family ❤️
