Shameful employee training if any. One of their trucks ran over and killed a one year old dog without taking any responsibility. Changes need to be made to increase accountability.

The representative lied about the work performed. He accused my wife of closing all the vents in our house in order to make the air conditioning fail. When they came to repair the unit they did nothing and left. The next time they came and said they had to come back the next day.
Update they finally came and fixed it and did a great job.
