We called Dan and he drove from out of town (over an hour away) to our house to take care of the situation and saved the day. I recommend Sentry Pest Solutions for all of your extermination needs! They are a family based company that is honest, knowledgeable, quick to respond, fairly priced, and most importantly effective at removing unwanted pests!!! I contacted Sentry Pest Solutions late on a Saturday evening regarding a huge wasp infestation in my home after unsuccessfully speaking to six other companies. The other companies quoted me hundreds of dollars, tried to sign me up for unnecessary monthly treatments, and could not address my concern until Monday at the earliest. We called Sentry after we discovered a very large hornet nest attached to our house that was hidden by trees. We were being stung and there were more hornets than we had ever seen! Dan, the Sentry owner, explained the process and cost, and came out on a holiday. Because the nest was so large, Dan had to return to spray multiple times before he could scrape the nest from the side of our house. He stuck with it, making sure there were no stragglers left. Now you would never know that a large nest existed. We haven’t seen a single hornet since the nest came down.

Dan was responsive to messages prior to coming out. Did a thorough inspection. He found one more point of entry than the inspector from a large chain found. He repaired our attic vent fan. Additionally while up on a roof he noticed a missing shingle and took care of that for us with a spare that I had in the shed. Dan was amazing! He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and treated accordingly. He didn’t try to sell me on anything or get me to sign up for scheduled treatments like other companies we have used in the past. We will definitely use him for all our pest control needs in the future.

I really needed a general extermination. Since my old exterminator retired. I called almost 35 places near tinley, Orland, new lenox, Lockport, Frankfort, and mokena. Most places called me back within the next two days, and tell me I have to be on commitment plan and charge over 210$! . However dan with sentry pest solutions , answered right away and even texted me for my convenience. He is honest, reasonable, and very kind.
