He pursued other interests for a while, then began Anderson Door with his dad in 1984. They started Taylor Door Company, Inc. in 1997. He expanded the company to Ellensburg in 2004, and now operates in both locations. They are eco-friendly, recycling as much as they can. Rick and his wife Cora enjoy boating, fishing and camping with their kids and grandkids.
