Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.
However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore

They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.
Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...
