About to file small claim lawsuit against them (Forest City Apartments) for never returning my security deposit (since May 2021). They have not responded to one of my calls, emails or registered letters. Next step, lawsuit. The experience of living at this building was absolutely low class. They rent to the worst of the worst.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Moved from Livingston Park Apartments in April 2020. I am still waiting in my security deposit refund , almost two months later. The Office staff has not responded at all. So ridiculous and sad, I lived there almost 15 years. It’s always changing, Update was paid full deposit back
