Services
This is a discovery survey for any and all exterior building issues, including: roofing, stone, masonry, windows, doors, curtain walls, storefronts, waterproofing, etc. The area(s) of concern are drawn to scale, examined, and tested. Testing may include: core cuts, Delmhorst moisture probes, capacitance meters, laboratory analysis, absorption tests, and nuclear or infrared moisture detection.
This service encompasses complete project management, from designing the project to hiring the contractor. We prepare specifications and drawings to competitively bid the project among several qualified contractors. A pre-bid meeting is provided to review the design and address all the building owner's and bidders' concerns.
This is the building owner's quality control mechanism. Our qualified field observers monitor the field work, either part-time or full-time. We attempt to ensure that proper materials are used, quality workmanship is maintained per the design intent; basically that our client gets the quality and value they deserve.
CRI has served the Solon City Schools for over a decade, serving with roof replacement, masonry restoration, wall reconstruction, window replacement, below grade waterproofing problems, and natatorium condensation problems on multiple buildings. For each project, CRI served Solon Schools with analysis, design, contract administration and field observation.
CRI has served First Church of Christ Scientist, Cleveland for the last few seasons with roof replacement, masonry restoration and below grade waterproofing and drainage installation. The current project includes window replacement, masonry restoration and trim wood cladding. CRI has analyzed existing conditions, designed replacement components and continued to serve the Client with contract administration and field observation.
