Ok, so, there's a serious problem here. From day of quote to day of scheduling, things were fine. I own a concrete construction business, so I take scheduling and timing seriously. Clients need to know exactly what day and time construction work is going to be done and how long it takes. This is a simple concept. I also understand when scheduling has to suddenly change, as work and the days work gets done is a constantly shifting task.
The day before the scheduled date of work, they pushed back a week. Understandable, though it would be nice to get a further heads up; but, again, I get it. It

Very unhappy with this company .They do not guarantee their work. They didn't install this correctly and then charged me again to fix it properly. Call another company with a guarantee.

We went in there looking for some help on some damaged skirting on my trailer Deml who had told me he was pretty new to the company but had a lot of experience came and checked it out as a Courtesy call immediately and said he was able to do it was super friendly and told us he would be back in atleast a couple hours ending up coming back within a half hour to 45 minutes and got the job done quickly and had it looking brand new also gave us a very great deal on pricing would definitely recommend family and friends to go there and plan to go back if I ever need too

I hate to post bad reviews but this place is pretty bad. They do have a nice selection of awnings and panel roofing materials but if you don't know exactly what you want then they can be difficult to deal with. There is a guy there who refused to take back an item he sold me after I told him what I really needed. He then raised the price on the correct item and gave me 10% off. I apologize if I didn't make this clear but the guy is a pistol and he clipped me for about 25 bucks. If you go there be sure you know what you want.

We put down a 2000 dollar deposit and were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks. 9 weeks later I called to complain and was told it was too hot outside for the workers. I said they were in the Wrong business. Then it was because they were so busy. Lie after lie until I threatened to cancel. They were out 2 days later. Old timer Tom need s to retire
Once it was complete the situation was forgiven They did a Great job. Would recommend but make sure you pin them down to a time frame

I walked into the office yesterday. They let me rumage through their selection of used stuff. They asked what I was looking for and helped me find what I needed and they helped me load it up. Nice and helpful people.
