A gopher is an underground rodent that creates damage to plants, trees, ornamental's, and other vegetative areas. They can also do damage to irrigation lines, leech lines, and more while tunneling. Gophers have long front teeth that are utilized to create a series of runs and chambers underground. Inactivity is not an option for them as the teeth will overgrow and they will starve to death.
Moles: Moles are insectivores. They create runs that seem maze like and are just an inch or so below ground. Their runs can prove to be unsightly and they can dry up roots of plants with their runs, but I find this to be uncommon. They usually just move on after feeding. Mole control is a must protect your lawns and landscape form damage.

Terrible customer service and no follow through. I called them out and on the first trip out I had to point out all of the spots in the yard. It's one thing to show problem areas, but I should not have to ask the person to check the whole property. I also asked to be put on a monthly service and was told by the person, oh you don't have much of a problem just call when you see new dirt. Really? Ok. Literally the next day I came out to new dirt piles and called. They came out a couple of days later and he treated one area and said I already treated the other spot previously. Well, it clearly

I had a serious pest cleanup in my crawlspace under the house.
I checked others and the quotes were 3 times Louie's price. To be honest that kinda scared me. But, they are not your big company types. They are your down to earth locals mom and pop (hubby/wife) biz.
I like that and will gladly support that. An honest business is hard to find these days.
He did a great job in 95 degree weather. No thanks.

I made an appt. online with Gopher-B-Gone after talking to another pest control company about a massive invasion of gophers on my property in Alpine. I decided to go with Gopher-B-Gone. They showed up on time and Louie, the owner was really nice. He inspected the areas, pointed out additional areas I was unaware of and then gave me a great price and was ready to take care of the problem on the spot. Louie told me they would be back to do a follow up within 10 days, to see if any more bait is needed, all part of the initial cost.
