Where can I start,
She was rude, not punctual, talking trash about her "brother company" that's in the same industry. What a mess. She wore nasty boots and no covers in my house and wouldn't stop touching everything that was clean. I felt like my place was going to get broken unit when she left. Never would I use this Drama Queen. 1 star all the way

The glass queen took our money , canceled numerous appointments to install a shower door, and so far has failed to refund our money, even after promising to do so. It’s been at least 6 months and we will update if we ever get our money returned. We would give zero stars but that is not an option!

This is the best glass business in Southern California!! Ginette does very high quality work with great attention to detail. I have referred her to several friends in Malibu who were thrilled with her work. Having lived there 29 years I still have many, many friends there. I never hesitate to refer her to my contacts. Under no circumstances should you use this company..I contracted with Ginette to install a glass shower door, she took full payment up front on my credit card without any work being done whatsoever.
I had received many lies, stories and B.S. so I finally filed a complaint with the Contractors Board. Beware!! Should be no stars

I found Glass Queen on Houzz after trying to get another glass company who was recommended by our contractor to send us a bid for our project. At first Ginette was great - responded quickly, came out to look at the job and get it going since she knew we were in a hurry and was literally our last project in our house before we finally moved in. What was supposed to take a week took a whole month of checking in with her to see if the glass had come, trying to set up installation, still waiting for the glass and waiting some more. If you have all the time in the world, go with Glass Queen, the stairway

Glass Queen does a amazing job! Her work is fabulous and its sad to see men in her industry put her business down because she is a female in the industry. The bad reviews on here are from her "men competition in town" which is sad to say. Just take a look at her photos, she has the best work out here . She is a must hire!

Ginette owes my company Solter Plastics $940.00.
She came into my store - bought $940.00 worth of material - Paid by check and insisted we do not cash it for a couple days. Unfortunately, we do not cash checks when customers request - if you are purchasing goods today - you need to have the funds today. The check bounced and of course Ginette is nowhere to be found.
We have sent her certified mail letters - requesting she come by the shop and pay her debt. We filed civil suit court documents and she hasn't responded to those either.
It's been over 9 months - no phone call or courtesy

Glass queen and my business have resolved our disagreements. She made good on her past due and explained what happen with the clients not paying her to take care of me. It was a bit inexcusable but she made good plus interest and referred me to 2 contractors who also used my services for some solar control window film and decorative films that I carry as well. Sometimes things happen but the best resolution for me is communication. We are on good terms and she has taken care of business. I hope that our future dealings are prosperous and pleasant. I agree with the last post. We got really poor service from them as well. Ginette told me that she would have my shower done before a holiday and then made several excuses and kept changing the installation date. I had to keep calling her before she finally delivered my order. As part of the same order I also bought and paid for a mirror. Before she delivered it Ginette told me that it was going to cost me an additional $500 because it was larger than she priced it for because her men measured wrong. STAY AWAY!!! Paid $1,200 for window February 2011 that was never delivered. Ginette insisted on being paid in full before ordering my window, and then called me every day until she got the check. I Never received anything but excuses, and after 5 months of living with a boarded up hole in my living room where my window was supposed to go, I ordered another window from Benchmark in Culver City which was delivered in less than 3 weeks, for half the price I paid Glass Queen. Glass Queen... the name is appropriate.
This company comes to the table with performance. We just had three projects completed by Glass Queen and all three projects were perfect. They meet the deadlines and give great attention to detail. After 30 years a builder it was great to find someone who came ready to be apart of the team, ready to work. One of our Projects had an insane deadline. We called two other local glass companies that didn't even bother to show up. With Glass Queen the work was on time, complete and flawless.
