We contacted The Ez Sliding Doors Repair to help with turning our loft space into our infant's nursery. We wanted to still be able to open up the loft space, but close it down to limit noise while our baby was sleeping. I normally try not to be an overbearing customer. I also do some work with glass so I'm a little bit of a journeyman when it comes to this kind of thing. That said when it came time to replace the sliding glass door on my upstairs master bedroom balcony, I cancelled on these people SEVEN times. Things just kept coming up and I had to keep making new appointments with these people. I know professionalism is important, but these people just went above and beyond dealing with my cancellations. My sliding door is very old, and i thought it was hopeless. On the first visit, new rollers were installed, and the door worked good for a few days, but then started having problems again.
We called, and it was super easy to get them to come back. They got it to work again nicely, and informed me that another part needed to be special ordered to complete the job.

Our sliding window in the bedroom wasn’t sliding well enough. We got their numbers through a friend. I was happy when they agreed to come to fix it (as we all know, most of the businesses are still close, because of the pandemic). They came in with their masks on so it was a plus ! My husband was worried about having strangers coming to the house during this time. Our sliding window works great now, made them slides smooth and easy.

I have never thought that I will need this service so bad before in my life. My house is old, and I have been living there for more than ten years and its old. I'm really happy with the work they did! My sliding glass door screens have been falling off the tracks and getting stuck for years. I actually had a different repair company come look at it a while back and they told me it couldn't be fixed because the problem was being caused by the building settling. I'm very glad I called EZ for a second opinion!
The tech showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and wore a mask. Best of all, he was able to get the screens back on the track. He adjusted them and sanded down places so that they glide smoothly.

My home is still pretty new, but we kept having problems with our sliding door that goes into the backyard. It would be jammed and not lock properly so after doing some research, I decided to give this company a call and they were able to schedule us in for the next day. The employees came with masks on and were very polite and knowledgeable about why we were having the issues; after explaining the reasons they got to work, and finished the job really quickly!

Be AWARE!!!! There are few company's that have false business(s) under a "lead generating" company online. They claim to be a legitimate company, they are NOT. We had the horrific experience of having them come out and being fooled. NONE of their technicians are even qualified or have the experience to fix the doors and make them slide better. Our sliding door was working and our door locks were in good order, Until they came out. All we wanted is for the sliding door to slide "smoothly" and expecting new rollers etc. They made it worse!
