We are fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. It's also one of the most expensive. Since 1984, SolarCraft solar systems have helped North Bay homeowners and businesses save millions of dollars each year, while protecting the environment and supporting the local economy.

SolarCraft is 100% Employee-Owned and embraces a culture that values financial and environmental responsibility, independence, and 'keeping it local.' We can show the world what is possible. Solar consistently costs less than you're paying the utility and increases the value of your home or property, without increasing property taxes.

Tax Incentives help offset the cost. Solar is the only power source that does not consume or pollute air or water to operate. Generating power on-site also reduces pressure on the grid, further helping our environment. A SolarCraft solution does more than save you money and increase property value.

SolarCraft is one of the best run companies I have ever had the pleasure with which to deal. Beginning with a $1,000 deposit on August 20, 2021, the project could not have gone more smoothly. I was immediately sent "What to Expect When Going Solar", a step-by-step description of the entire installation and it went exactly as promised. On September 9thI received the final layout of the solar panels. On October 12th, the main electrical panel was upgraded for solar. On November 24th the solar panel installation took place. On December 9th the inspection by the town of Tiburon took place

My new Enphase PV and Battery backed-up system installed by SolarCraft truly exceeds my expectations in every way including reducing my electric usage to less than zero. The SolarCraft team also exceeded my expectations during every step of the sales, evaluation, design, installation and commissioning of my system. Before contacting Solarcraft, I had done a lot of my own research about various systems and configurations in order to maximize the value of my investment. The SolarCraft team provided their own experience and prescriptive input to inform the ultimate design. The physical configuration

SOLAR CRAFT IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL HIGH QUALITY COMPANY. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL THE GIMMICKS OTHERS COMPANIES TRIED. THIS WAS EASY YOU JUST PURCHASE AND OWN THE SYSTEM. I LIKE THAT THE PANELS I PURCHASED ARE MADE IN AMERICA. EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS HAS IT'S OWN SPECIALIZED TEAM (DESIGN-ELECTICAL-INSTALLATION-QUALITY CONTROL ETC). THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT, STRESS FREE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL PERMITTING WITH THE CITY AND PAPERWORK WITH PG&E. THEY HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME A FEW TIMES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

We watched a webinar in which SolarCraft participated, were impressed, and contacted their representative to get more information. Darren Kelly came to our house, and very clearly laid out what the company could offer. We signed on for a substantial solar installation this summer. The whole process went very smoothly, permits, inspections, actual installation, sign-offs by the county and by PGE. At every level, SolarCraft were professional, attentive and quick to respond to any questions. After the recent, violent storm, our power went out, the solar micro inverters showed up as "error"

When we finally decided to put solar on our roof we were surprised how many companies were offering this service. After reviewing several bids we chose SolarCraft which has turned out to be the right decision. Everything about the company has been a pleasant experience. From the site examination to the installation to the hook up with PG&E they have been prompt, punctual & professional. I highly recommend SolarCraft.

We had Solar Craft install a new solar system last summer, with a Tesla Powerwall battery. It's been fantastic seeing how much solar is now powering our house, *and* knowing we have backup power. We had our first test of it recently during a power outage, and were so pleased that all the systems we'd hoped would be backed up did work, including the refrigerator, router/wifi, two computers and the heating system, as well as the TV and landline phones, overhead lights in a few rooms, and several electrical outlets. It was great to have no major disruption during the outage. (We opted not to get a

Expectations vs. reality: sorely disappointed.

Reading the most recent review from Frank B, I wish I'd had a similar experience. Unfortunately, this was the most frustrating contracting experience I've had. I'll try and make it short and concise, but also include useful, actionable feedback that could be insightful for the company and other potential customers:

- **6 months** end to end, from signing, to system getting activated. I signed in May, missed the entire summer of solar generation, and was up and running mid-November. On the contract I signed, "Total Design and Build

We used SolarCraft and had a fantastic experience. From start to finish they communicated professionally. They got the job done ahead of schedule and we couldn't be more pleased. Rob was our sales guy and explained the entire process before hand. David worked with us to get the panels turned on with PG&E. Based on our experience we would recommend SolarCraft to anyone looking to install solar panels.

I am posting this review after becoming disillusioned with this firm. They have no serious customer service philosophy in play and seem to be driven to diminish their unhappy customers with combative unfriendly practices.

I had a 28-panel system installed by them some years ago. The install crew initially placed the panels on my roof without consulting their own designer's plans. This meant that 1/3 of the panels were left in shadow. They returned to move the panels eventually. This operation resulted in five holes in my otherwise new roof, because they relocated the arms holding the panels

This is one of the most professional contracting teams I've ever worked with. From sales to provisioning, every step was handled with enthusiasm, skill, knowledge and a lot of customer empathy. Taylor, Craig and Grey enjoy their jobs and it shows in how they treat customers and challenges. No large-scale home improvement project is problem free. What distinguishes the Solar Craft crew is how they handle the problems.

Sales -- Starting with the sales process. Buying solar is an aggravating process. Hyperbolic savings claims, no line-items bids, entirely new terminology to understand, etc

People may not realize how important it is to chose the right solar company. You don't just need someone to put the system in, but that company better be there to stand behind their work.

My inverter went out, so I needed to have Solarcraft come out and figure out what the problem was. I had no clue, only that my solar / Tesla battery system wasn't working.

Zach at Solarcraft was incredibly responsive to me, getting a team out and figured out the issue. Then went to the manufacturer to get me a new unit.

I'm a big fan of Solarcraft and love my green, cheap energy.

I first met Solarcraft when they were installing PV arrays at my Liberty School project in Petaluma. I admired their work enough that I had them install PV systems at my house and my father's house. Recently I noticed a panel in my array had a shattered glass top. I contacted Solarcraft and was surprised to get a response the next day - and a new panel installed the morning after that! Great service - Thank you Zach and everyone, I will keep recommending Solarcraft

When getting solar for your pool, you will chose based on price and warranty and maybe a feeling you get from the company (and maybe these reviews). What is much harder to know is what happens 2-4 years later when there is a problem.

I am writing this review because I am now 4+ years into dealing with Solarcraft and I am very thankful. There has been a few leaks over the 4+ years and for those panels that they installed, they have fixed or replaced them quickly and with zero push back. I don't want to spend a second thinking about paperwork from 4 years ago and having to press a company

Very disappointing service from this company. They raised annual service contract on solar pool heater last year by 46%. Who does that to their long-standing customers? But worse their service record is terrible. This is the 3rd consecutive time I have sent in their form to schedule spring and winter servicing, only to be told I’m not on the schedule for the dates I requested, and was given a date two weeks later, but only after I called to ask where they were. Why do they ask for dates if they are going to ignore them. Very nice people but very poor systems and controls.

SolarCraft is a local company that is efficient and personable, with high quality product and a competent instal team. We had them do a fairly straightforward instal here in Fairfax and added on a 50 amp outlet for car charging. If you prefer to own your very own solar system, I highly recommend checking out SolarCraft!

Easy to work with and they know what they are doing!

Zach and crew at SolarCraft were great to work with. They installed a 2.88kW addition to my solar PV system that works flawlessly.

I added to my existing 2.5kW system to handle the increased consumption from my new Tesla 3. Now I feel great about using a car that has nearly zero carbon footprint.

And till the end of the 2019 you can get a 30% federal tax credit.

SolarCraft was awesome. Jenise was so helpful in providing a quote and answering our questions. She really knows her stuff but also helps guide you along the entire process. She even answers emails on vacation! She is super on top of it. The install crew were super professional and did a nice clean job. They were very upfront in asking questions along the way so as to make sure the install went exactly according to plan. Craig was out for the electrical part and he went above and beyond. He needed to shut off power to configure the system in to our electrical panel and when he turned the power

Solar craft came to my rescue. During the fire evacuation in October 2017 my solar panels were stolen right off my roof. after calling multiple solar companies, all of which either flat out ignored me or wanted to replace everything at huge expense, SolarCraft came to my rescue.

they worked with what was left and made great suggestions to optimize the existining older panels the thieves did not take and upgraded what was really needed, retaining some of the system yet getting me up and running.

Taylor, my account rep was very professional, communicative and worked with my particular situation

I hired SolarCraft to install our thermal pool solar panel system. From the get go, the team at SolarCraft (starting w/ Heather Mofle) was extremely friendly, professional, and diligent. The initial scoping session with Roy was informative, and I was very pleased with his attention to detail and appreciation for the aesthetics of the system. He didn't try and over-sell me on a system, but rather, recommended the appropriate system and configuration for our needs. The installation team was very courteous, professional, punctual, and efficient. They completed the work as planned and communicated

If you want a quality solar installation at a fair price, SolarCraft is the place to go. They are thorough, have been in business longer than their warranties (true for very few solar companies), and if something does go wrong, they put in the effort to make things right. Highly recommended!!!

A real mixed bag. We had solar installed about 4 years ago and everything was great. A five-star experience. a couple months ago both of our inverters died and needed replacement under warranty. What a nightmare. It has been two months of "they say it's shipping today or tomorrow" but it has been over 2 months and both are still not replaced. We got one replaced after a month. Like the other 1-star review says - warranty work is not good. Yes, it is hard to establish if it's ABB or SolarCraft that's at fault for the replacement issues, but SolarCraft has NOT been communicative or very helpful otherwise

So I have a lodge up in wine country with a tricky set-up due to the property being very old. I used Solarcraft to install a passive solar system for the pool. Because of the uniqueness of the property, I have encountered a few issues with the system, and every time my rep Roy has been there to assist me through troubleshooting.

I have dealt with many vendors in my life, and all are quick to take your money and most then leave once the install is complete. Roy and Solarcraft have been there to help after the system was completed with a genuine care to help resolve any issues. True service.

Our experience with SolarCraft has been excellent! I can't speak highly enough about this group. From the start, Chet Stromberg was so patient, walking me through my myriad of questions, and then my follow up questions, as we designed the system for our new home. Once the contract was signed, I received regular emails providing status updates as they went through the permit process and coordinated with the roofers. The install crew was professional and easy to have at the house. They always told me what to expect each day- and were finished in three days. We've had our system for just over a year
