My landlord contracted with this company and sent a plumber from Hercules to address an issue with our water heater (we weren't getting hot water unless we ran multiple faucets and one of the showers wasn't getting hot water at all). The plumber said he'd most likely have to go through dry wall around the shower to fix the issue. He added that there's nothing we can do about the water heater. Not even 30min after my call, the dispatcher had sent somebody to my door, not only that but gave me a good idea of a quote and work based on the info I provided. Speaks English and Spanish at least the one that was sent to our home, his name was Sal. Truly a Hercules of plumbing. Showed a lot of urgency and professionalism with his work.

I had called Hercules Plumbing last year and I was so impressed with Sal's professionalism and his prices being so reasonable, I called him again for a problem I had Wednesday with a leaking toilet. I spoke with Sal's son, Sal Jr. and he was fantastic. He came within 20 minutes and fixed the problem within an hour. Sal Jr. is professional and the cost of the repair was reasonable. Sal is amazing! I originally called just to have my hot water heater drained, and I asked if Sal could take out the water filtration system that I had installed several years ago which caused many issues with the pipes and the water heater. Sal removed it at a reasonable price. He mentioned that the water filtration system was not installed properly.

They only came for an estimate and talked to me like I was a stupid woman, laughed in my face when I questioned them, and then walked out. Very unprofessional. They don't know how to explain things and lack professionalism. I can't imagine they would have ever spoken to a man the way they spoke to me.

Gilbert helped me to fix my pipeline. I have called 5 different plumbers to come and fix it, no one except Gilbert. I do not believe the five star ratings on this business are legitimate, since I had the most unpleasant and unreliable experience with them. A total waste of my morning.
I had an appointment with them at 10:00. They showed up at 11:00. Once he arrived, he informs me he has the wrong part and would have to come back. I had texted him the picture of the pipe needed before. I inform him there is a Home Depot very close. He tells me he would have to charge me a lot more money if he goes to get the part. Originally he had quoted me $300 when he got there it jumped up to $375. I volunteered to go get

My boiler pilot wouldn't stay lit, thus I didn't have any hot water. I called Hercules Plumbing. They were at my home within a couple of hours to inspect my boiler and recommended it needed to get replaced (it was 24 years old). A new boiler was installed the following morning (yay, hot water). Hercules plumbing was very professional, punctual, and offered outstanding work. I will definitely call on them for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

Had a big problem with the toilets not draining and then backing up into shower and the tub. Called American Home Pro and they in turn had Hercules plumbing come to our home. Sal the plumber explained that it was like a network. Well Sal was VERY good and knowledgable in what needed to be done. We know that there are bigger problems that need to be addressed and we WILL be calling him but he was able to get things working so that we could take a shower and use the toilet without having to worry. Sal was very nice and we would want him to come back to fix our other issues. Thank you Sal. :)
