Throw out any preconceived notions about "dealerships" when you come to this place. I kept waiting for 'the catch' but it never came because there ISN'T one! Alex and his crew at Diamond are 100% straight shooters, honest, and helpful. The cars on the lot are all nice (he is clearly a picky buyer) and there is zero pressure to buy - just help when you need it. The experience is more like buying flowers at the farmers' market than it is buying a car at a dealership - they are that friendly and helpful.

Very happy with my purchase of a 2004 Lexus LX 470 from Alex at Diamond Auto Sales. We flew from across the country to purchase it and drove the SUV home 2,000 miles. It was flawless! I highly recommend this place. Alex helped me out when everybody else turned me down. I reached out, first thing he did is he came over my house, picked up my car, got it sold in one day, and provided me a loaner car to drive while looking for another car for me to purchase. I found this dealership while trying to fix an engine problem. My local mechanic almost made me pay over 1500$ for replacement of some part. When I came to Alex, he fixed quickly the problem free of charge and offered a significantly lower price for potential replacement. The service was amazing, availability by phone, and follow-up to confirm that the problem was resolved. Highly recommended
