Fantastic service. Professional and on time. Actual price was lower than quoted. Not a ding or scratch on anything. They were able to disassemble and reassemble items beyond the normal. (Treadmill and SleepIQ bed) nice crew and very efficient. Micah, Quinton and Jay ( I think) highly recommend.

The absolute WORST Moving franchise in the USA! They sweet talk but everything they say and promise is a lie. They manipulate you to pay cash to avoid fees. Luckily I used my credit card. They claim to have insurance do you don’t use your own insurance. Our story: We (myself, my daughter, and grandson’s wife and daughters things) were promised delivery across country with in 12 days to 2 separate locations. After not hearing anything up to the 12th day which should have been the delivery day. I get a call and they blamed me for no delivery date on the contract. I did not give them 3 digit code

We used Orange County Movers to pack and move my 93 year old mother to assisted living in Carolina Meadows. There were highly recommended by Carolina Meadows and they did not disappoint! Very caring and patient with my Mom who has dementia, and careful with her beloved items. Very smooth move with no issues and everything was handled with care and unloaded with care. Highly recommend!

Best. Moving. Experience. Ever. I'm a picky annoying New Yorker and these guys were just the best. I got stuck not being able to complete my move to Chapel Hill due to the pandemic. These guys handled the whole thing, put everything I had down there all into storage, without my ever taking a step outside of New York. and all coordinated on email! I love them. Moving should always be so easy. Thank you thank you!!!

I used this company to move my mother's goods (including her piano) from independent living to assisted living at Carolina Meadows. This is by far the best moving company I have ever worked with. The movers were friendly, efficient, careful, and flexible!! I will absolutely use them again if the need arises. I recommend them most highly!!!

Holy moly, the team left my home just about an hour ago and I am still FLOORED with their speed, efficiency, and professionalism.
All team members started off by introducing themselves, which is a great start, and it only got better from there. They were extremely detail oriented, organized their trips to the truck with max efficiency in mind by… stacking boxes and furniture in a way that minimized time.
They were incredibly prompt during transit, a shortcoming I’ve seen with other movers. Once they arrived at the new place, they jumped immediately into unloading with as much attention

We can’t say enough good things about Orange County Moving & Storage. Having made several moves, none compare to our experience with Micah, Quinton & team. In the past each move included unprofessional people, concern with our possessions being handled properly and a damage claim. Micah and Quinton were GREAT to work with. They were professional, courteous, highly efficient and extremely cautious moving each piece of furniture and box. They actually handled our possessions as though they were their own. Amazing!! These guys are great and I would highly recommend them. Micah called me back within an hour and was able to give me an estimate after looking at a video of our place. The hourly rates were fair and Micah was very transparent about the total charges. I was happily surprised when the team of three movers (Quintin, Phil, and Brian) got the job done in less time than estimated, saving us an hour. These guys were totally professional and friendly and got to work right away. We had newly installed hardwood floors at the new house -- not a scratch. Micah stopped by to check in with us during the move

Micah of Orange County Movers was terrific to work with. He was flexible on moving dates and worked to schedule our move on short notice. The movers, Brian and Quenton, were tirelss in the 1.5 days of moving. Although we didn't have much furniture we had hundreds of boxes and that made for many trips from storage to truck to home.
We were very pleased with the move and I would recommend Orange County Movers.

This is one of only two moving companies I ever recommend to my own customers when I am fully booked. These guys saved the day for me. They are so fast and efficient, and wonderful to work with.
