I contacted Tiger Mechanical after I had contacted another company and never heard back from them. Tiger contacted me in a timely manner, an appointment was made. Dan from Tiger called me before he came to repair our refrigerator so I was able to secure our big dogs. He was kind, professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained the issues clearly. We had to wait for parts but when they came in he came back and repaired the problem. It was such a nice experience due to the professionalism of Dan and the scheduling staff.

These guys were awesome! We had to wait for a week or so, we only had an ice machine issue, for a qualified and experienced technician that knew about older fridges but well worth the wait as they FIXED my moms old fridge so we can keep it working a few more years with the custom wood panels and didn't push anything on us PLUS gave great recommendations about self service we can do and great advice regarding other appliances! Will FOR SURE use again!!!

My fridge that is 2 months old has a horrible chemical smell that started out of nowhere a week ago. The repairman who did not introduce himself arrived this morning. He opened the door, said he could not smell anything, closed the door and said there was nothing wring. He left after 5 minutes. Don't waste your time with this company.
UPDATE:… Supervisor called and basically accused my father and I of lying....said the repairman opened the door and pulled fridge away from the wall...basically that is all they can do. Said he would have appreciated a phone call before i posted reviews--ignored

After a bad experience with a different repair company, I called these folks. My experience with Tiger was good. The tech did fix the washing machine issue, correctly and carefully diagnosing the problem by listening to my description of the problem. The "other" tech from the "other" company disregarded my inputs to the issue and incorrectly (and expensively!!) and misdiagnosed the leakage problem. Tiger Mechanical's tech was polite, tidy, and on time as scheduled. I would definitely call these folks again. Believe me...they are better than others!!

Update: management reached out and resolved the issue, I think upon seeing my previous review. But kudos to them for acting.
Customer service and response time are lacking. They did some repair to my dishwasher. After the tech left, I noticed something wrong with the door. I called back, but was informed that since my warranty had just ended, they wouldn't be able to fix it under the warranty. Since it may have been caused by the initial repair, I asked for a courtesy repair to which they agreed. I didn't hear from them for a month, at which point I called to get an update on the appointment.

Wow! Bought a brand new fridgidaire and it wouldn't cool. Called manufacturer and they set me up with these guys. First problem is I can't understand anyone who works there. Second problem is they went to the wrong address. Then they said they can't get back out for two weeks. How on earth do you go to the wrong address, not call, or call with someone no one can understand, then tell me you are two more weeks out. I'm returning the fridge to Lowe's.

Tiger Mechanical arrived at our home on time. No personality, not even a hello. No problem, maybe he can fix our ice maker? Tells us "it could be the filter the water pressure is low, could be the ice maker it has hard water deposits & corrosion". He does not have a replacement ice maker, or filter to fix it, says it will be a couple days and $411.00. I say I'll think about it at that price. Lowe's sent tiger mechanical out to replace the damaged front panel on my Bosch dishwasher. Tom completed this job with no difficulty what so ever. Tiger Mechanical ordered the part for me prior to the repair, so it was fixed in 1 trip out. Their scheduling and office staff were easy to deal with. Tom gave us some advise on how to prolong the life of our appliances which we plan to heed.

Beware of this business at all costs! Our 1k GE washer was sounding off balance and wasn't rinsing well so I filed a request to have someone look at it through GE's website. I use my machine for at least 10 cycles a week, but the issues were bothersome since this is such an expensive washer.

The trim pieces that needed to be removed had already been removed by me personally for a previous diagnostic. Tiger Mechanical's tech only disconnected trim pieces that were keeping the refrigerator connected to the freezer unit. Totally unnecessary to disconnect. As I stated, Tiger Mechanical tech took advantage of my wife's ignorance of the situation and should have realized that the fridge would have rolled forward without any additional removal of the trim work. We only paid Tiger Mechanical to make more work for us.

Worst service ever. The technician was very unprofessional and I'm not sure he knew what the heck he was talking about. He left my one year old washer with the same issue I called about. I then called Frigidaire and asked to please send me one of their techs instead as my appliances are still under warranty. Their technician showed up and fixed the problem. Tiger Mechanical has helped us with two appliance issues. First, they replaced a refrigerator part. Through no fault of theirs, the job was far more complicated than it should have been. The manufacturer took months to send the part. They sent the wrong part the first time. Tiger deserves much credit for their persistence and follow-through. In fact, before we contacted Tiger, a different appliance repair contractor gave up trying to get the part and stopped returning our calls.

Repair person was condescending and talked to me like I was a child who can't understand basic concepts. Upon arriving at my home he was unable to diagnosis the problem but proceeded to replace a piece of equipment that wasn't even broken because "it's easier than returning the part" (direct quote). When I questioned him on the logic of that decision he said "I could have just walked" (meaning he could have just left my home without doing any work)....ironic that he put it that way because he essentially didn't DO any work- unless you count "defrauding
