This company is responsive, efficient and offers great communication. They have been to our house twice to fix items under our home warranty.
Not always are the people the home warranty company uses the choice I would make on my own. However, with this company, I would hire them on my own to fix any appliance I own.
They are respectful, friendly and eager to please their customers.

Went through them using my home warranty to repair my fridge. Tech came out and worked on my fridge and 6 hours later my fridge door was on the ground. Called and stated what had happen and the guy called me a liar and was super rude and unprofessional. Home warranty calls them and they state that the tech never touched the fridge yet the invoice states he was at my house for an hour. They completely lie about everything to not hold themselves responsible. I am currently paid the service request fee to be without a fridge. If you need an appliance repair please do not go through this contractor

They were earlier than scheduled without notification, which is not the reason for 2 stars. That's mainly for the ridiculous quote of $550 to replace an element in an oven. I found the part for $40 and it took me 15 minutes to replace it.

Wonderful job!!! My dishwasher wasn't working and I had another company assigned to me by my home warranty company but they said it would be about a week before they could come!! I asked my home warranty company to reassign it and was given AZ Major Appliance and they came out the next business days came right in time, even a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem, had the part needed and now my dishwasher works wonderfully!! Would totally recommend! Also, very nice on the phone, helpful, and understanding!! I really appreciate their service!

I called them because my refrigerator is not working..The repairman showed up did some basic inspections and told me that its still under warranty and it would be way cheaper for me to call LG. I appreciate the honesty but I was charged $125 for a seven minute inspection.

If I could rate zero, I would. This company was assigned to repair my built-in refrigerator-freezer by Fidelity Home Warranty. A technician and trainee showed up on Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, and said someone would call when the replacement parts arrived.

No one called all week! I called Fidelity three times. On Thursday, AZ Major told them the parts were in and would be installed on Friday morning. The same techs arrived this morning without the parts! They hadn't even been ordered! The techs were sent by AZ Major to do a NEW diagnosis.

Worst company ever, owner takes absolutely zero responsibility for his work. Whenever you talk to them they speak to you disrespectfully and like they don't have time. They "fixed" My dishwasher after I paid the service fee for the home warranty, well... they fixed it the second time they came out, the first time they misdiagnosed it and the dishwasher continued to flood and damage my cabinets. The second time they actually fixed it (after they reported it incorrectly to the home warranty company to say that the problem wasn't covered, and I had to call and argue with the owner

I just spoke to Michael. I just want to say I’m surprised at his honesty. He told me I didn’t need his service because the repair was simple and explained how to do it over the phone. I will be using them in the future and referring them to friends and family. Honesty like that is rare and greatly appreciated.

Michael gave us AMAZING service on a range repair. We are out-of-state and he took great care getting the range repaired for our renters, in a timely manner. He communicated well prior to, during and after his service call. The range is working well and my renters are happily cooking again. I will definitely use this company again.

I used these guys twice now and have been reasonably satisfied with their work and service. But the most recent time, I experienced a slight snafu which almost seems incomprehensible to me. A technician came out to do some work and said he didn't have the part to perform the repair, so he said someone else would get the part and come back to finish the job. Well, it took me five days to finally get someone to come back to my home with the correct part and finish the job. I was told that there was a miscommunication and that management thought the job was done. How can that be? I called

After experiencing horrible service from another valley appliance company servicing my dishwasher, I was pleasantly surprised and the quality and care offered by AZ Major.

My dishwasher started acting up and wasn't cleaning like it once had. I went through my home warranty company who enlisted the help of another appliance repair company. After multiple visits to my home, the technicians at the other repair company told me nothing was wrong with my dishwasher and I simply needed to use vinegar and rinse aid to fix the issue.

Beyond rude! My home warranty company sent him out for my fridge not working. His tech that came out was rude and when I told him the fridge was not working him and Michael the owner all they had to say was oh no my meter is reading 37 degrees when the fridge was not cooling he just kept repeating himself saying the same thing. When I explained the situation he was extremely rude! Guess what I had another guy come out and Michael clearly had no idea what he was doing because the fridge was not cooling and it was reading at 58 degrees! Guess you should get a new meter or actually diagnose the issue

Terrific job repairing my LG refrigerator repair!
I had walked through some basic diagnostic videos, so was able to give them an idea of what was working and what may not be. They talked with me over the phone, outlined my options, gave me a probability of a couple of things that might be wrong, checked the manufacturers warranty, and gave me a couple of ballpark estimates--all within an hour of my call and at no cost. I had an additional question, and they asked for a photo, then told me what they saw was normal.

A few months ago, Michael came by to fix a build-in microwave sensor but then noticed he needs to replace another part which he does not have. So I told him to get both parts and come back in one trip. when he came back again, he replaced the microwave parts and in addition look into an exhaust hood light problem but cannot fixed it. From start to finish, he was in the house for an hour. When the bill came, it was $343, of which $268 was for labor. yes, he did help look into the light switch problem but it cannot be fixed. Michael with AZ major appliance repair has repaired several of our appliances over the years. He is extremely professional goes above and beyond to try and fix the problem.

Michael always tries to diagnose over the phone so that he can purchase any parts that he may need, enabling him to fix the problem the first trip.

We called Michael to come out and he spent almost an hour but was able to tell us how to fix our appliance over the phone with no cost to us.

I am VERY UNHAPPY with the "service" Michael provided. We had an issue with our dishwasher not draining properly but we weren't sure if the pump had gone bad or if it was just a clogged drain. We called Michael and scheduled a time for him to come take a look. He proceeded to replace the drain pump without mentioning what the cost would be or making a recommendation that we'd be better off just buying a new dishwasher. He was in our home for 34 minutes. He charged $264!!!!!! $100 for a "service call fee", $80 for 34 minutes of labor time, and $84 for the part. Typically

Came over to fix our microwave handle using our Fidelity Company. Tech put in a screw to tighten the handle down since a replacement part is no longer made. Handle came loose a month later so they came back. Tech asked my 13 year old where the damage was and attempted to blame us for using the handle inappropriately when my 13 year old kid showed the tech where it was loose. Turns our AZ Appliance Repair told Fidelity that our handle was NEVER BROKEN when they initially came out and then said we abused the handle as the determination of the 2nd appt.
